Sit up straight and comfortably in your chair.

Relax your shoulders back and down.
Let your whole body be still.
Breathe normally and relax.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Notice the feeling of the air moving in.
As you breathe out through your nose,
Notice the feeling of the air moving out.
Now as you feel the air moving in through your nose,
Silently repeat the word I.
As you feel the air moving out through your nose,
Silently repeat the words Am Calm.
Breathe in and silently repeat I.
Breathe out and silently repeat Am Calm.
Continue I Am Calm on your own.
