Let the sounds of the cello seep into the root of your spine, grounding you to the earth. Let the rolling tones connect your chakras, starting from the root and climbing up through the sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. Let the gentle chirping awaken your sense of being, of joyful presence.
