Welcome home,

Sacred One.

Before we begin,

I suggest that this journey be completed in an upright position.

So I invite you to find a comfortable seated position that allows your spine to be upright and allows either your pelvis or your feet to be connected to the earth and allows your crown to be connected to the sky.

This connection allows the visioning process to be more full,

More informed by all parts of our multidimensional being.

Today we will be taking a journey to the lower world and the lower world is the place where the ancestors reside,

Where our guiding animal spirits are,

Where any primal elemental forces of nature that are here to support our evolution are waiting to speak to us,

To answer questions,

To offer guidance.

And I invite you that as I prompt you to vision,

To envision,

To imagine,

That you allow that to come up in any way that feels like it wants to in this moment.

It does not have to be clear.

It does not have to be seen as if you had your eyes open and were seeing your surroundings.

To vision is to imagine,

Is to use the same power that you have to imagine any place,

Anything at any time.

So let's activate our imagination before we begin.

If I were to ask you to see a sacred and beautiful place in nature,

What first comes to mind?

Allow that vision,

Allow that imagination of this sacred place in nature to be in your perception now,

To be seen,

Feel it,

Hear it,

Smell it,

Taste it,

Or just know that it is there.

Take a moment to just experience this sacred place in nature.

Reach out and touch,

Walk through it,

Look up and down and all around.

Now if I were to ask you to see a blue bird,

What first comes up?

Allowing it to come up in any way it wishes.

And if I were to ask you to envision a white flower,

What first comes up?

Beautiful.

There is no wrong or right way to do this.

Just allow things to rise and fall through your mind's eye as we journey today.

And if at any time you feel stuck or you're unable to move forward,

Just know that you have the willpower to do so.

So you can jump,

You can fly,

You can teleport,

You can use any method of movement and transportation to get to the next phase of our journey.

Now I'm inviting you back to your body where we will begin our journey with the drum.

And now I'm inviting you to become aware of your body in this moment and to become aware of the area of your heart.

Taking a moment to feel with your kinesthetic senses,

Your shoulders,

Your rib cage,

Your chest,

Your lungs,

Your heart.

Feeling the physical area of your chest,

Eyes closed,

Sensing,

Feeling.

And then I invite you to become aware of this powerful vortex of energy,

Of green and gold light spinning inward and outward from the very center of your chest.

Observing it for a moment in its brilliance,

In its spin,

In its rotation.

And now inviting you as the fullness of your consciousness to dive directly into the center of that vortex,

Moving quickly,

Efficiently,

Down,

Deeper,

Inward,

Inward,

Inward.

To the very center of this vortex where we find a door.

And the door may be open,

It may be closed,

It may have clutter,

Whatever the state of the door is,

We can address that at a later time.

Right now,

This doorway is the portal to our inner sanctuary and our inner light.

And so I invite you to open this door with the fullness of your will and intention and allow this brilliant,

Beautiful white light to flood through that door and totally envelop and embrace you.

Feeling this profound sense of home,

This profound sense of knowing,

This light is you,

This light is me.

This light knows exactly where to go,

Who to meet,

What actions to take to be the most evolved,

Balanced,

Loving and compassionate human being that we can be.

This is our soul,

Our spirit,

And it is going to guide us now through this journey.

I invite you as the fullness of who you are,

As the totality of this beautiful light that you are,

To now move into this doorway through it.

And as you emerge through the other side,

You find this beautiful sanctuary,

The most beautiful place you could ever imagine.

And just taking a moment to again feel this profound sense of home.

This is your inner sanctuary.

This is the vast landscape of your inner being.

And it is the very center and the core of who you are as a multidimensional being.

I invite you now to move to the very center of this landscape.

Perhaps there is a stone ring or a circle of trees,

A grove,

A sacred pool of water,

Moving efficiently,

Using your will to find the center of this place.

And just taking a moment to stop and listen to vision,

To see,

And to connect.

This is the very center of the core of your being.

I invite you to feel the sacred earth below you,

Connecting the core of your being to the core of the earth,

Feeling her love,

Feeling her support,

And then extending your awareness into the sky and connecting to the very center and the core of the sun,

Feeling his warmth,

Feeling his radiance,

His wisdom.

And then connecting the core of your being to the four sacred directions,

Honoring the sacred powers of the east,

Sacred powers of the south,

The sacred powers of the west,

And the sacred powers of the north.

And taking a moment to just feel connected at the very center of the core of your being to all these sacred portals,

Sacred expressions of consciousness that are here to guide and support you,

That feed you,

That nourish you,

And offer their wisdom.

Now I invite you to look up and imagine this brilliant golden light in the form of a pyramid descending down from the sun,

Descending from the sky,

And encapsulating the fullness of your consciousness,

Your body,

Your physical body,

Your etheric body,

Your subtle bodies,

Encapsulating all of you in this moment with this beautiful golden light pyramid.

And then imagining this brilliant silver light in the form of an inverted pyramid rising up from the center of the earth below you,

Rising up and connecting to the base of the golden pyramid,

Creating a diamond vessel that encapsulates your physical body and all your subtle bodies,

Creating a vehicle that will allow us to travel protected,

Safe,

Exactly where we need to go to experience exactly what we need to for our highest evolution.

And now I invite you to extend your awareness outward to the edge of the landscape of your sanctuary and seeing a massive tree in the distance,

The most giant,

Huge,

Amazing tree that you could ever imagine.

I invite you now to move quickly and efficiently through this landscape,

Through your sanctuary to this tree.

This is your world tree that connects your multi-dimensional self,

Your ancestors in the lower world with your guiding spirits in the upper world and the totality of who you are past,

Present and future.

Moving now to this tree,

Feeling a sense of familiarity,

Of home,

Of love,

Of kindness,

Of deep sacred wisdom.

And as you move towards this tree,

You see that there is an opening at the base of the tree that leads downwards.

Just taking a breath and a moment here to know that this is going to lead you into the lower realms where your ancestors,

Where your animal spirits,

Where the primal elements that guide you and your soul's evolution reside.

And with sacred intention to discover exactly what we need,

I invite you now to dive into this opening,

Moving quickly,

Flying,

Running,

Descending,

Allowing yourself to move through and past the soil,

Rocks,

The roots,

Underground caverns,

Down,

Down deep,

Deep,

Deep into the lower planes where you find a tunnel lit by torches or some natural light,

Bioluminescence perhaps,

But this beautiful tunnel that just opens up and leads the way to this stone staircase.

Moving through the tunnel to the stone staircase up just a few steps and emerging into this huge,

Massive underground cavern,

A wild,

Natural landscape full of life,

Full of stones and crystals and minerals,

All the sacred elements.

And now I am going to leave you here to explore on your own,

Allow yourself to move about this beautiful space and see what you encounter.

And when you hear the sound of the drum change,

It will be time to head back home.

Enjoy your journey.

And now it's time to return,

Sacred one,

Saying farewell to any of the guidance spirits that you may have met for now.

And moving back,

Flying quickly and efficiently through the sacred landscape,

Back to the underground cavern,

The tunnel,

And then moving up,

Up,

Up through earth,

Stone,

Soil,

And root,

Back out to the entrance at the base of the tree,

Moving through your sacred sanctuary,

All the way back to the door that leads to your heart and moving through it back into your body.

And taking a deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth,

Allowing your awareness to come fully back into your body at this time.

Taking another deep breath in,

Filling your lower belly,

Your diaphragm,

Your chest,

And exhaling out the mouth,

Settling into this space,

Allowing yourself to be fully present with your body,

Perhaps allowing yourself to move your fingers,

Your toes,

Your limbs,

And doing whatever else is necessary for you to feel fully present in your body,

Fully grounded,

Fully alive and back here in this moment,

Right here,

Right now.
