Sacred one.

Home to yourself.

Home to this moment.

Home to this sacred place,

This sacred time for relaxation and rest.

Inviting you to simply be present in this moment.

Wherever you are,

However your body is aligned and situated.

I invite you to relax into your body.

Taking a nice full breath in through the nose and breathing out the mouth,

Allowing yourself to release and relax.

Another deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth.

Releasing anything that does not need to be here in this moment and relaxing.

There is nothing that needs to be done.

There's nothing that can be done in this moment other than just to be present.

If you have carried any worry or stress into this meditation or feeling any stress or worry of what may happen tomorrow or in the future,

Just lightly,

Lovingly remind yourself that in this moment there is nothing you can do about it.

That is beautiful.

That is sacred.

That is an opportunity just to be here and now.

All answers will come.

All things revealed.

And so for this moment honoring yourself for taking sacred time to be with yourself,

To relax,

To rest,

To drop deeper into yourself.

Offering yourself gratitude for being here in this space at this time.

Gratitude for showing up for yourself in this way.

Gratitude for being here in loving presence and loving intention to give yourself the rest you need and the rest that you deserve.

And I invite you wherever you are to wrap your arms around yourself.

Just hold yourself in this moment,

Breathing deeply,

Holding your body,

Loving your body,

Refreshing your body,

Giving gratitude for your body,

For carrying you through this day to this moment,

Through carrying you through this life to this moment.

Thank you body.

Thank you for all that you have allowed me to experience.

And taking a deep breath in,

Giving yourself a nice big squeeze,

A nice long hug.

Breathing in and releasing out.

Allowing yourself once again to fall into a relaxed state.

Letting your head and your arms,

Your legs,

Your whole body relax.

Now allowing yourself to float,

To fall,

To flow with the melodies.

Let them carry you lovingly,

Protected into the land of sleep.

Knowing that this is what you deserve.
