Welcome to the New Paradigm Fall Equinox Activation Meditation.
My name is Brittany and I will be your guide.
So in this meditation I will be inviting you into inquiries and rather than writing in your journal in real time,
Allow yourself to journey into what comes up when I ask each question.
This is an activation meditation so feel free to journal,

So let's drop in,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose at your own pace,
Your own rhythm.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Lifting your shoulders and exhaling,
Dropping the shoulders.
Two more at your own pace,
Rolling them back.
Now closing your eyes,
Getting connected to the space,
Giving your body permission to make any adjustments before we drop in and breathing here.
Now as you're breathing,
Feel the ground beneath you holding you.
The energy of our planet,
The earth,
Allowing the ground to hold you.
This is a time of balance,
Clarity and surrender.
So my invitation is to feel what that feels like in your body.
What does it feel like to surrender?
You don't have to know what to surrender to,
What does the surrender feel like?
How does the surrender move and breathe in the physical world?
Inviting in balance,
Like a seesaw and you're right in the middle.
You're still,
You're anchored,
You're grounded,
You're safe.
Inviting in clarity,
Breathing in clarity.
Beautiful.
Now let's set an intention.
What is your heart asking you to open up to in this season of your life?
What is your heart asking you to open yourself to in this season of your life?
And resting here.
Open heart,
Straight spine.
Now this inquiry is to activate purpose.
Purpose activation.
Saying it in your mind.
What is my soul's highest purpose in this lifetime?
What is my soul's highest purpose in this lifetime?
What do you know to be true for yourself?
And how can I begin showing up as that,
Embodying that today?
How can I show up as that and begin embodying that today?
And pausing here.
Allowing what wants to arise and come forth to reveal itself to you.
The next activation is the heart.
The heart activation.
What am I ready to open my heart to that I've been resisting?
What am I ready to open my heart to that I've been resisting?
Breathing into your heart space.
Feeling your heart open and expand with each breath.
Making more space for love and compassion.
Forgiveness.
Acceptance.
Allowing yourself to soften.
What am I ready to open my heart to that I've been resisting?
And throughout each activation,
Anything that comes through is exactly right.
Allowing it to be there.
The next activation is intuition.
Intuition activation.
What is my intuition guiding me towards next in my spiritual journey?
And trusting what arrives.
What is more felt than understood?

The next activation is soul awakening.
Which part of my soul or parts of my soul is waiting to be awakened and expressed in this moment?

Breathing in space.
More life.
As you awaken these energies,
These dormant energies within you.
Feeling this activation in every cell of your being.

How can I activate more vitality and life force in my mind,
My body,
My spirit?

And visualizing radiant,
Clear,
And clean energy filling your entire body.
Grounding and energizing,
Nourishing every single part of you.

And allowing these inquiries to take root.

Trusting that what arrives is exactly the guidance that you need to take the steps before you.
To move with permission,
With an open heart,
With authority and agency and grace.
Trusting in your knowing.
Trusting in your step.
As you stretch into your fullest shape.
And stand in your fullest footprint.
Open heart.
Straight spine.
Chin lifted.
And before we close,
Keeping your eyes closed.
Witnessing your body.
Witnessing your body.
Going from one transition,
One embodiment that you were before.
Let's place it as a 1.
On a scale from 1 to 10.
Maybe that's slouching.
Maybe the shoulders are low,
The head is down.
The breath is constricted.
And now slowly breathe into the new embodiment.
As you step into the new paradigm.
Your shoulders are wide,
They're back.
The embodiment is now an 8.
The chin is high.
Maybe at times it's a 3.
Maybe it's a 5.
Or a 9.
Regardless of what it is,
Always know that you have a choice.
Blessings to you and through this new paradigm.

Saying in your mind or out loud,
I surrender to this new beginning.
I trust in my process.
Higher timelines are merging before me.
I'm ready.

Now slowly,
When you're ready,
You can begin to invite in gentle movement.
And my only request is that you allow this to take root.
You breathe into this new embodiment and you feed it daily.
Whatever that looks like to you is exactly right.
Allowing the inner child in you to feel safe.
To know that you're not going to get lost.
To know that you're not going to leave it anywhere.
And that it's safe.
It's safe as it's stepping into and stretching into a fuller shape.
