Welcome to your meditation for unwavering confidence.

This practice isn't about becoming tougher,

More fearless,

Or someone you're not.

It's about cultivating a confidence in yourself that doesn't fall over when things wobble.

True confidence isn't bravado.

It's self-trust.

It's knowing you can meet whatever arises in your life without abandoning yourself.

Let's get ready to practice.

Take a moment to settle your body into your seat,

Allowing yourself to be fully supported in this moment by your breathing,

And fully supported by your choice to be here.

Bring awareness to where your body meets what's beneath you.

Feel the contact you are making with the surface below you.

The steadiness that carries you through this practice.

You don't have to hold anything up around you in this moment.

You don't have anything to prove.

You are here to be by your own side.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in a little more steadiness within yourself.

Spine tall,

Heart open,

Rooted in belief in yourself.

And with each exhale,

Imagine unnecessary effort melting away.

The effort to impress,

To perform,

To be certain all the time.

Confidence grows best in grounded presence.

Notice if there's any part of you that thinks that confidence is the same as perfection,

Approval,

Or constant certainty.

And start to gently release that definition with your next exhale.

From this moment on,

Let's begin to understand a new definition.

Because confidence isn't knowing everything will work out.

Confidence is trusting yourself even if it doesn't.

Confidence lives deeper than outcomes.

It lives in how you nurture your relationship with yourself.

Bring to mind a version of you who you trust fully.

Not because this part of you is fearless,

But because this part of you knows that it can handle fear.

Imagine you are seeing this version of you outside of yourself,

As though you're watching someone else.

See their posture,

Feel their presence.

Notice the way they move through the world without rushing or shrinking.

As though you're witnessing someone you admire.

Now begin to move from watching this version of you from a distance,

And start to step into their perspective.

Feel what it's like inside that steadiness.

Now,

Being inside this steadiness,

Imagine doubt starting to arise.

It might be a familiar hesitation or a story as to why you can't do something.

Just notice the doubt.

Instead of arguing with this doubt,

Notice your response as that confident,

Steady version of yourself.

You don't tense,

You don't spiral or over explain,

And you don't turn away.

The steadiness remains.

You remain here with the doubt.

Silently repeat to yourself,

Doubt can be here,

And I can still move forward.

Doubt can be here,

And I can still move forward.

Repeat this one more time to yourself.

Doubt can be here,

And I can still move forward.

This is what makes you unstoppable.

Not the absence of doubt,

But the refusal to let it decide for you.

Bring a hand to your chest or your low belly where confidence feels most embodied for you,

And let the following words be felt,

Not forced.

Repeat after me to yourself,

I trust myself to figure out the way forward.

The belief in myself cannot be broken.

When I step into my confident self,

I become unstoppable.

Let this confidence start to root within you,

Rather than trying to rush it or force it to be there constantly.

Like something that grows downward and takes hold in a steady foundation before it fully rises.

Continue practicing your confident posture and unshakable trust in yourself every time doubt arises.

Notice the doubt,

Face it as you let it be there,

And choose to stand even taller in the belief that you have the choice to move through it.

Every time you stand in this confident version of yourself,

Every time you take the next step forward without betraying your inner trust,

Your confidence grows.

And it becomes not just a part of you,

But woven into who you truly are.

You don't become unstoppable by overpowering life,

You become unstoppable by standing firmly by your own side.

Sit up a little bit taller,

Maybe even allow a smile to fall upon your face,

And when you're ready,

Gently return to your day carrying this sturdy self-belief inside you.

It's already yours.
