Brenda Lindsay is the founder of Mind Transformations LLC and a trauma-sensitive mindfulness teacher dedicated to helping individuals and organizational leaders increase resilience, well-being, and self-compassion. Brenda is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher trained through Brown University, a Certified Meditation Instructor, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), Personal Resilience Practitioner, and Neuroscience Coach. Brenda also holds a graduate certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University and is a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher in training. With more than 13 years of mindfulness practice, Brenda leads mindfulness and resilience programs, retreats, organizational wellness events, and group sessions, including programs supporting cancer patients, survivors, and their families. She also speaks at conferences and community events and serves on the Board of the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness. Brenda’s work is rooted in personal transformation. Once challenged by public speaking and conflict, mindfulness helped her cultivate resilience, confidence, and greater self-awareness ultimately leading her into executive leadership roles and inspiring her passion for helping others thrive.
