And I think many people are curious to know exactly what a leading shamanic priestess for wealth and well-being does.

So the title I want to say was given to me by spirit.

This is how I do things these days.

And I come from 15 years plus in the financial industry here in London,

The city of London,

You know,

Very buzzing,

Very active money,

Money,

Money,

Money,

Money.

And it was a great environment,

Except it wasn't for me.

I'm more of a rebel at heart spirit artist.

And it was great to be in the money,

Except I didn't feel I was really thriving and flourishing.

And also I didn't feel nourishing that sector.

So fast forward a few years.

I had a tragedy happen in my life.

We're not going to go into this today.

We want to keep it light.

But I really had to make a decision.

And it was I was on the verge of do I want to stay here?

I do.

I wake up tomorrow.

And if yes,

What am I going to do now?

Fortunately,

I have two young kids and they give me that strength to say,

Yes,

You want to wake up tomorrow.

And every day I have this force within me that say,

I want to wake up.

Not only I want to wake up,

I want to be super healthy because I have two young children.

I really want to attend to.

And so this was,

Let's say,

The easier answer.

The other decision was,

What do I do?

What do I do?

Because I didn't want to keep on working in finance long hours.

Again,

Young children,

I wanted to do something that was more nourishing for me,

Satisfying,

Fulfilling.

And I had no idea.

I had no idea what to do.

And again,

It's a long story.

I don't want to go into that.

But spirit started to put this trail in front of me and I started easy with meditation and coaching mindfulness.

That was what I call more traditional.

I know for some it's already to talk about meditation and mindfulness.

But for me,

That was traditional.

And then from there,

I moved into that healing.

And from there into shamanism and from there,

Many more tools.

And my mission now today,

It's really to put.

This tool together,

And this is why I say wealth and well-being,

Because you want to be in the well-being sector,

Body,

Mind and spirit.

And at the same time,

What's the easiest way to be really thriving in body,

Mind and spirit is through riches.

It's true,

Really being OK with being in riches.

And a lot of people that really want betterment for the world,

Their main motto is,

Is not about the money.

And if you want to be a real leader in whatever industry,

Even the spiritual industry,

You've got to be comfortable talking,

Swimming in money,

Distributing your money,

Sharing your money and contribute to the betterment of the planet.

You cannot contribute in a large scale to the betterment of the planet without money.

Let it be bitcoins,

Let it be whatever it is,

Form of monetary change.

You still need it.

So this is what I'm here to do.

And the priestess side is really the ability to hold the light for people.

So,

You know,

I say I do a lot of work on myself.

So when I'm with clients,

I can rise their vibration,

I can lift them up and they don't have to do the all the caring themselves.

And we definitely know that's what you do and you do it in such a beautiful way,

Such an impeccable way.

You hold space for for your clients,

For your circle,

And you also share this supportive energy that we receive.

And so please do keep doing that because you do it so well.

And I love what you said.

So you were saying to be a real leader,

True leader who is making a huge impact in the world.

You need to like,

Let's say,

Make friends with money.

And it's so true.

And sometimes it takes a very long time for people to realize that.

We tend to dissociate money and spiritual,

You know,

Living a spiritual life.

And no,

They have to be together.

They have to merge for you to be able to really rise and become that leader.

And I love that you facilitate the way for people who really want to step up and become a leader.

So what type of people do you help?

What who is the type of person who,

You know,

Is requesting your your your field of work?

So the trend,

Let's say it's a trend,

Right?

There's always exception.

But it's generally people that are already fairly confident either they're working corporates or they're working big companies or they've got a nine to five job.

And either they just left the job and they come to me,

Say,

Oh,

My God,

That paycheck is not coming anymore.

I'm not sure what I'm doing.

Or they're still overburdened with the responsibility from a corporate job.

But they have a dream.

They have a dream like I had.

I wanted to be a jewelry designer.

I wanted to be more of an artist.

I wanted to do something sparkly for the world.

Right.

And they had to part their dream for whatever,

Whatever,

Whatever reason.

So they insecure in how to show up for the world while they're not an employed person,

But they know deep down.

I want to share more.

And this is my time to speak.

And and they need a little push of you can be a leader and you can speak.

And this is how you speak.

And this is how you can become visible and desire.

You can be comfortable.

What do you offer?

How do you offer?

Because there's often that disconnect,

You know,

They're very good at their jobs,

But they still don't believe in themselves.

They still wait for some even in the CEOs.

There's always somebody at the board of directors.

There's always somebody there to judge you or to tell you this is allowed.

This is not allowed.

So they're tired.

They're tired of saying yes to others.

They want to say yes to themselves.

And they also know,

At least the one that worked with me,

That there are many ways to do things.

And they say,

You know what?

I've done the traditional and now I want what I call the non-traditional methods that work.

So they come to me and they say,

Alex,

I'm not sure what you do.

I've seen maybe something I've seen you once in my life.

But I feel the call to work with you.

And I said to me,

I'm not sure what I want to do.

I'm not sure how to do it.

I'm not sure what you do,

Alex,

But I know I want to work with you.

And as soon as session number one,

Session number two,

They say,

Oh,

My God,

This is what I wanted to realize.

This is where I am.

Of course,

Some may take a little bit longer.

You know,

Some work with me for years,

But they they just experience results after results and they feel heard,

No judge seen.

And we have this really beautiful relationship with them.

They trust me.

I trust them.

But I don't tell them what to do.

And I have to say,

If you work with coaches before,

I have many coaches.

But when I ask a question and they answer with a question,

That drives me mad.

Right.

I want an answer.

So that's not what I do either.

I've got a secret sauce and we've got a special language with our clients.

So I don't answer with an answer.

I'm going to take you where you need to be.

But I don't do it by saying,

So why don't you tell me instead?

No,

We don't do that.

That's a waste of time.

You can do it more traditional.

That's what I love about the way you work,

Because,

See,

You know,

That's why she's here.

Listen,

Everybody watching,

She does things differently.

And I'm sure if you've been around social media,

You've seen those threads where somebody posts a question,

They're looking for answers.

And then a load of coaches just chime in and ask questions,

Questions,

Questions.

I'm like,

That's just going to overwhelm the person who needs an answer.

You know,

We need answers.

We don't need a load of questions to to make us doubt even further.

Absolutely.

So that is definitely something that makes you different.

And also,

I don't know if you agree,

Like there's been a huge increase,

Let's say,

In the number of healers,

Coaches,

Spiritual leaders in the last few years,

You know,

Probably with the use of technology and social media.

But we need to be so careful because this is a very tricky topic.

I mean,

If done wrong,

It can really harm you at all levels,

Obviously.

So what do you think is going on in your industry now and how are you able to be different and rise about above all that?

Probably.

Let's just call it what it is.

You know,

Some of those so-called leaders,

Gurus are not really legit.

So I'm going to share three things that people tell me in confidence.

That are the so-called leaders,

Three very.

How do I say it's not one person,

But many person tell me the same thing.

Right.

And this is the dangers.

So there is this saying you don't need a degree to be a coach.

And it's the same.

You don't need a degree to read cards.

You don't need a degree to be a healer.

You don't need a degree.

And I'm saying you have gifts.

We all have gifts like mine is psychic vision.

I feel what people feel.

I see what people see when I want.

So I had to learn for once if you're a healer,

This into this.

Want to switch the tab on.

I want to switch it off.

Otherwise,

You're one of those people that say,

I'm overwhelmed.

Oh,

My God,

I'm an empath.

And I make pride of it.

This is wrong.

You're not here to take everybody person the moment you walk into an airport.

So this is the first thing.

Right.

So even if you have gifts,

You cultivate your gift.

You hire somebody to keep you in check.

Am I doing this right?

How am I doing?

Refined,

Refined,

Refined,

Even if it's an inner talent.

So this is number one.

You don't need a quote.

You don't need a degree to be a coach,

A healer,

Shaman.

Wrong.

Two,

I hear a lot of people say,

What's the other thing?

In the coaching world,

This is what you do with client.

You create a problem.

You offer a solution.

You create a problem.

You offer a solution.

You create a problem.

You offer a solution.

What's wrong with this picture?

Your clients are going to be there paying you forever.

Hooked up.

I don't want to create problem for my clients.

I'm here to solve their problem.

They work with me.

My Teta healing session.

I'm going to say people a thousand pounds for an hour.

Do you think I want you to come back?

No.

Do you think somebody else wants you to come back?

Yes.

Right.

So that's the thing.

I don't I'm not thinking problem solution problem.

I'm thinking,

OK,

This person has a problem.

How do I solve it for them?

Yes,

It could be a six month journey.

Yes,

It could be a year.

But nobody has stayed with me for more than a year.

And that's fine.

And then if they want to come to still be in touch,

They can come to the retreat in Italy.

They can do the which all is 20 pounds.

They can afford 20 pounds.

But I don't have to pay thousands of pounds just because I'm hooking them on the problem.

Right.

No,

That doesn't work for me.

And then the other thing that it's even more appalling is,

Oh,

I'm working on their subconscious,

But they don't know I'm working on their subconscious.

And what are they doing with your subconscious?

It's like.

You know,

You're going to go to the surgery,

Having a surgery,

And you're not too sure what the surgeon is going to go to do to you.

And you wake up and all of a sudden got a piece of metal that nobody advised you were going to have,

Except with the surgeon.

It's easy.

You have an extra.

You're going to find a piece of metal with healers.

You won't know.

You won't know.

And your life is going to be messed up.

And you're going to have a curse after curse after curse.

And you have no idea who has put that curse there for you.

And you can see I'm really and I'm not saying I'm the best,

But like I'm working.

I have coaches,

Mentors,

Healers that keeps me in check.

And if I have a question,

I know where to go.

We can all make mistakes,

But not from the lack of trying.

And everything I do,

I've got many certificates.

Just do.

And even speaking in public,

People say,

Oh,

You're so good.

You're so good.

I paid to learn to speak in public.

I paid so that when I go on a video,

I don't say I,

You know,

I'm so.

It's really killing the vibe.

You want to speak on stage?

Go and hire somebody to teach you.

You want to write a book?

Go and take a freaking writers course.

Don't just improvise because sooner or later you're going to go down.

Sorry.

Not sorry at all.

This needs to be said.

And it's probably not shared often enough.

You know,

We tend to be so politically correct.

Sometimes I'm loving and I support you and I support you and I support you.

This is so nice.

You just have to shop.

You don't have just to shop on camera.

You have to do a good job.

My goodness.

Yeah.

I would definitely think about that.

That also like I think here we really resonate.

That makes me so it just makes me cringe when I just see just go on video and just be yourself.

And,

You know,

No,

No,

No.

You're lying to people.

That's not the way they're going to get results.

And I love that you're doing that because,

You know,

You're calling out on all the the B.

S.

That has to be called out.

I'm using that for a reason.

That's.

And,

You know,

It's it's just you know,

You need to be so careful who you hire.

It's not just about your investment.

It's also like even I mean,

In the field of work you're in,

It's your soul.

You know,

You're putting your soul,

Your well-being,

Your wealth in somebody's hands.

So,

I mean,

Obviously it's also your responsibility,

But,

You know,

Just be very careful.

And that's why I keep saying it every time you see recommended experts on this platform,

You know that they've been through a process.

We check these top leaders for months before we actually invite them to be sharing their story here.

So it's a curated list.

Not everybody makes it to this list.

It's not a list of,

You know,

Thousands of people.

Just anyone who wants to be here is here.

I mean,

And we are honored to be able to let people know that if they want to work on their wealth and well-being,

I'm also going to share.

I know very well because I work with you.

I mean,

If I know your integrity and the way you work,

You know,

I know very well because.

And it's fun.

We have to say people,

I may have scared you right now in calling people out,

But I'm fine.

When we are in that session,

There's only love that comes through.

And if I have to call you out,

I know how to do that.

So that's in a loving way.

And it's always well received and it's always for our own good.

So,

Yes,

It is.

I mean,

I do want to share about my personal experience in case,

You know,

It serves anyone watching.

But I will go in.

I am going to be doing that at the end.

But it is true.

You know,

It's so important to fight to find the right people who are really going to guide us and they're going to help us become independent.

And I think what you just said is very similar to the way I work with clients.

I like to teach them the tools so that they can fly solo if they want to.

And whenever they want to.

I'm not interested in doing everything for them.

So they depend on me and it would be better for me from my business,

But it's not the way I want to run my business.

I want people to to be independent and to feel they can do things and they can achieve.

And you do the same thing.

You share the tools and then you support the journey.

So that's that's really amazing.

So I would I want to ask you this,

Like,

How can people know whether a coach is the right fit for them or not?

Is there anything they might be feeling inside?

Is there a nudge they feel?

How do you think they decide to work with you or to work with somebody else?

Well,

For me,

It's well,

From what they tell me,

The decision is very easy because they say,

I feel that magnetic pull.

I don't know why I want to work with you because I know you're going to get me results.

So it's not just I want to work with you because you look good on camera.

No,

They say I've got this magnetic pull because I know you're going to get me results.

And also they say,

I don't care how you get there.

I work with a lot of men that works in corporate state,

Couldn't care less about rituals and about crystals and all the things I do.

And with them,

It's not about that.

You know,

We do other things,

But it's still not non-traditional way of approaching them.

And for somebody,

If you were to look at a coach,

First of all,

I would say.

Do they have a degree?

Right.

Did they have a degree?

Did they have a business?

Does their business end with Gmail or is it their own business?

I would look at things that way.

Right.

Just have you invested in a company or are you just flying by the by and say,

Oh,

You know,

Personal email,

It's fine.

I look at all of these things.

And also the gut feeling is important as well.

But the gut feeling that could be manipulating you,

If they're really good again,

At working with a subconscious and not just projecting a life of wow,

Flashes and I would check that out as well and also go with somebody that aligns with you.

So if you are a party person and you resonate with somebody that is posting pictures from the beach and giving you class sessions from the beach or showing it up in their pajama,

If that's OK for you,

Great.

But if you are somebody,

Let's say that value a little bit of stability,

You don't like swearing,

Then don't go and hire a coach that is swearing.

So there are little signs that are going to tell you this person is really good for me and this person is not.

And I would like to say that if you're working,

I employ many people at the same time.

I know Oprah employed like four coaches at the same time.

Right.

So if you think I've already got a coach,

I don't need you.

That's the wrong attitude.

If you're thinking I need you.

But my coach told me that happened to me.

I know the coach is telling them,

Oh,

What I do is going to clash with what she does.

No,

You can do that.

I would really question that because what are they doing that is going to clash?

What are they doing exactly?

It's like me going to the dentist and the dentist say you cannot have your skin checked because I'm working on your dentist.

That's something really wrong there.

So why are they feeling threatened?

What are they doing?

Exactly,

That's such a great example.

I thought about that.

Yeah,

That's true.

And then one thing that also makes you very different in the way you approach your your line of work is that you come from a business,

From the business world's financial sector,

And you bring that expertise and knowledge and you merge that with your spiritual tools.

So it's a very powerful combination of practical and spiritual.

And in particular,

You're a really good expert at obviously money because you're helping people create wealth,

Well-being,

But also you use a very specific tool called money archetypes.

Can you tell us a bit about that?

Because it's absolutely fascinating.

Yes.

So first,

I want to give you a visual because we all love a visual.

So these are the cards that we work with when we work with sacred money archetypes.

They're absolutely stunning.

And like you said,

It's very a combination of practicality.

So all of these 15 years that was in finance at the beginning,

I want to say a little bit of the back story.

I thought I'm going to forget all of that.

I'm going to be all spiritual,

All dancing under the moonlight.

That's all.

So many healers do that.

Then I thought I'm going to do business coaching.

Oh,

Let's.

That's all.

And it was just something was missing.

So bringing the two together,

I say,

I don't know many people that do that,

You know,

Really bringing the two together and being comfortable with bringing the two together.

And I love money.

I love money.

You know,

I always love money.

It does some.

It for me is attractive.

And when I came across again,

The universe,

You know,

Put me in front of these sacred money archetypes.

I didn't say,

Oh,

I was doing quantum flow.

I'd already invested in quantum flow practitioners.

So that means time assignments.

Money.

Right.

And all of a sudden,

Somebody puts in front of me the sacred money archetypes and said,

Do you want to become a practitioner?

And I said,

Oh,

Yeah,

I didn't say,

Oh,

My God,

I got no time.

I've invested so much money.

So all of a sudden.

In 12 weeks,

I two completely different,

Very,

Very specific.

And let's say the curriculum is huge in most cases,

But not for once did I stop myself and I said.

I'm not going to have time.

I don't have the money.

I just thought this is for me.

And sacred money archetype is such a delicious way to work with people,

Because,

Again,

It tells you so much about behind the scene,

The subconscious from a money perspective.

So people are familiar with archetypes,

Most likely from Carolyn Miss,

You know,

The saboteur,

The prostitute,

The wounded healer,

The child.

We know these archetypes,

The enneagrams,

We know these archetypes,

But a sacred money archetypes.

Very little people really specialize in it.

And when you start working with it for clients,

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Again,

The results are phenomenal.

And each assignment is a little bit of fun as well.

Right.

So it's good to discover what I say to mystery of me.

You really get to know yourself on many layers,

But you don't have to do it by what I call the old way in the healing world.

Digging,

Digging,

What's wrong?

What's wrong?

What's the worst case scenario?

What's wrong?

And the healer here will know exactly what I'm talking about.

It was always about I in my Teta healing session,

Crying for days.

You know,

We would go to this practitioner courses sometimes 12 days intuitive anatomy,

Crying for 12 days because wounds after wounds after wounds after wounds and everybody's crying and everybody's having a.

My God.

Right.

Can we do that with a little bit more fun?

Yes,

We can.

Now it's up to us humans to say,

Where do we want to go?

Do we want to go the easiest way and the positive and optimistic way or do we want to keep on digging and suffering?

And I want to share it.

Don't you say,

What is my bigger mission?

The other day I woke up inspired and the words that were given again to me was eradicate shadow suffering.

So all of this kind of suffer.

We got to do things wrong.

Oh,

Let's let it go.

I love that.

Yeah.

Does he have suffering in life?

Let's make the rest fun.

Let's make growing fun.

Forget the growing pains.

You know,

It can be found.

I mean,

It just feels so expansive when you start working on yourself.

I mean,

It just has a ripple effect on everything else.

Everything.

Absolutely.

So I'll just say and this is a personal share,

But the the the sooner you are aware of the woo,

The better,

Because I was for many,

Many years like the scientific mind.

No,

No,

No,

No,

No.

You can't prove it.

It doesn't exist.

You know,

It was like you was my favorite philosopher.

And I was very I don't even know the word like I think deep down,

I didn't want to believe that there was another world out there that could help us.

But once you embrace it,

Oh,

My goodness,

Everything changes.

Not turning back.

Absolutely not.

It's so funny.

And so many entrepreneurs think this way.

You know,

When they start a business,

Everything has to be,

You know,

What you can see,

What you know.

Everything needs to be tangible here and now.

And there are so many other aspects of growing a business and growing as a person.

Luckily,

Because it's a much more joyful journey when you get all the possibilities.

So I know I know because I work with you,

Obviously,

But I know you have a beautiful program to help people discover and tap into their money archetypes.

But what would the process look like?

How can people actually start,

You know,

Connect to you and work with you?

And so first,

I would say if you have an inclination,

Again,

If you feel that magnetic pull of I have to do this or thinking not now,

This is probably I'm never going to be your girl,

Because that's,

Again,

Something that each client said to me.

And they're very candid about it.

They said,

Don't know what you do.

I feel the pull.

I'm not ready.

And then I'm thinking,

Are you sure?

And they say straight away,

But I'll never be ready.

So I better jump in.

So this is all the people that had success with me.

They just said I will never be ready.

I'm fine with that,

But I'm going to do it anyway.

And if you have children,

Some of you may have gone through that mental.

I'll never be ready for children.

So I may as well let it happen now.

Right.

So the process is very simple.

If you feel that.

I've got to do something about where I want to be.

I'm not where I want to be.

And I have the dreams.

And even if you're not too sure what the dream is,

We can we can elaborate together.

You know,

We can discover so many things about you.

And again,

The secret money archetypes are going to be an easy entry point for you to understand what you want to share.

And now do I share it with ease and grace and flow?

So I would say start with a reading with sacred money archetypes and then don't leave it just as a reading,

Which is beautiful.

It tells you a little bit more of who you are.

But each session,

You know,

We go deeper.

It's a nine month journey.

I call it activator,

Does you you knowing is the first step,

But that's what it is.

When you want to unleash the power,

There are so many mysteries and discoveries that get revealed to you that you wouldn't otherwise.

So can you tell us about the rituals also?

Yes.

So again,

The ritual is something that was.

Inspired and given to me,

I say from one of the people tend to say,

Why are you from?

And people say I'm half Italian,

Half French,

I'm Spanish,

I'm English.

And I say,

Well,

I'm a third goddess,

A third fairy and a third witch.

And the rituals are inspired by that third of being a witch.

It's bringing the communion from you being in the universe.

So you can do your business in your small bubble.

You can do your business on the planet.

This is what we're doing online mainly.

And you can do your business in the cosmos.

And the way you relate to the cosmos is by the seasons,

Is by the planets,

Is what's going on at a certain point in time.

And it's a lot easier to live your life and your business when you're in alignment.

It's a lot easier,

Let's say,

To start something at dawn as opposed to start at midnight.

It's a lot easier to go to bed when the sun is going down,

As opposed to when the sun is coming up.

So it's really following the cycle of life and the cycle of wherever we are in this space,

In this universe,

In this multiverse.

And one way I love to do it is,

Again,

Putting together events that really tap into the power of the witches traditions,

The goddess traditions.

And how do we do it with fun again?

So there is a New Year ritual that is going to be amazing.

We do this in community,

In Zoom.

It's a small community.

And this is,

Again,

That exchange of energy can really take place.

So you've got my undivided attention and everybody participates.

And it's just so beautiful.

I love,

I love,

Love,

Love the rituals.

Yeah,

So do I.

Yes.

And I'm going to now share my experience.

So I think I had no clue what a ritual was,

That stuff is not going up to the other participants.

I'm not going to repurpose and resell it,

With your face on it.

You've got to show up for yourself.
