Hello,

This is Alexa from Breathing Back To You,

And today I'm going to lead you through a five-minute energizing dynamic breathwork meditation.

This is a wonderful breathwork technique to do if you're feeling sluggish,

Lethargic,

Or just need an energetic reset.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and your hands resting in your lap.

Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths to settle into your space,

Into your body.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head and slowly scan down through your body,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

Feel the weight of your body grounding you to the earth.

Now let's engage in a dynamic breathwork pattern to energize the body.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And then exhale forcefully through your mouth,

Making a,

Ah,

Sound.

Continue this breath cycle,

Allowing each inhale to invigorate you and each exhale to release any stagnant energy in the body.

Imagine a flow of vibrant energy circulating through your body with each breath.

As you breathe,

Visualize this energy as a bright,

Warm light expanding and reaching every part of your energetic body.

Feel the aliveness in each breath,

Awakening your senses.

As you continue with the dynamic breathwork,

Repeat the following affirmation silently.

I am filled with vibrant energy.

With each breath,

I invite positivity and vitality into my physical being.

Feel the power of these words resonating within you,

Enhancing your sense of well-being and strength.

Now gradually slow down your breath,

Returning to a natural rhythm,

And just take these last several moments to sit with yourself and just appreciate the energy that you've cultivated within you.
