You Hello and welcome Softly closing your eyes And bringing awareness to the breath To the physical body As the chest rises and falls with every inhalation and exhalation Bringing awareness to where the breath starts and where it ends As you inhale and exhale slowly and mindfully through the nose As you inhale and exhale slowly and mindfully through the nose As you inhale and exhale slowly and mindfully through the nose Today I'm going to talk through some daily reminders Things that we often forget but when remembered can bring clarity,
Positivity and maybe even a sense of enlightenment We cannot change the past People's opinions do not define your reality Time is a healer Overthinking feeds sadness Everyone is on a different journey A judgement is a confession of character Happiness comes from within Positive thoughts create a positive reality Kindness is free Failure only happens when we quit And lastly,
Smiling is contagious The daily reminders I have just given,
Maybe you take a time after this meditation to write them down To remember those that stood out to you more than others As you move forward into this new day,
