The Magnetic Alignment Meditation will help you align yourself emotionally with your end goal. To get in touch with where you want to be and the steps along the way. The steps in this meditation are designed to teach your body emotionally what it's going to feel and where it’s going to go to achieve this goal. This pre-paves in your mind what your brain and your body are about to expect, so when your goals and achievements start to show you’re able to keep them.

I'm Aaron Ellis and welcome to the magnetic alignment formula,
A step-by-step system to align yourself emotionally with where you want to be in every step of the way.
Before we begin,
Remember that each step is designed for you to teach your body emotionally where it's going to go.
This pre-paves in your mind exactly what your brain and your body is about to expect.
So when it shows up,
You're actually able to keep it.
Now let's begin.
I'd like you to take a few moments to make yourself comfortable.
Take a slow deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.
Deeply relaxed right now.
What's more important is that you allow your mind to start settling down to thoughts of every day and allow your focus to turn inside.
Breathe in,
Out and relax.
And it's good to take time from time to time to allow your mind and body to find comfort,
Relaxation.
And notice how you are more centered and relaxed than when we started.
Now your mind is settled and you're feeling comfortable.
Bring up the picture of where you are today,
What you have in your life.
Look at your life from the perspective of someone who is homeless and has absolutely nothing.
What do you have in your life and how do you feel?
What are all the things that you have in life?
You have somewhere to live,
You're listening to this on a device you own,
You have clean water,
Access to a bathroom,
Clean clothes and I'm sure you have even more than that.
How does it feel to have all that?
Now what is it you would like truly more of in life?
Think about your desired goal,
The one that's just a few steps away in the future.
And I want you to notice how you feel when you think about that goal.
And as you think about that,
I want you to feel the desire,
The wanting to achieve that and notice how you feel right now.
Feel it.
You're doing great.
Let's take a moment to think one step back in the past.
Do you remember where you used to be before you were here today,
Three months ago,
Six months ago,
A year?
Do you remember being the person who desired to be right where you are,
Who created where you are today,
Who needed a new job or to end a relationship or to start a relationship,
Maybe needed a new car or clothes,
Wanted to start a business,
The person who didn't have their finances or their health sorted,
The person who was still living at home or studying or wanted to start a family?
Where were you one step back from today in life?
Remember being that person,
How send them thanks.
They got you where you are today.
And isn't it true that you wanted to be where you are in life today?
Back then you had another problem.
You had other things that you needed to solve and now you've solved them.
And it might be hard to see that.
But today I want you to remember that at one point in your life,
Where you are today,
Whether it's buying your first house,
Traveling the world,
Starting a new career or getting rid of something,
Getting rid of anxiety or relationship or a place you were stuck,
Where you are today is your creation.
So I want you to take a moment to think about where you've been and thank that person.
Thank that version of you that got you to where you are right now in life.
They put in the work and effort and overcome struggles to get you here.
Notice how grateful you are to be where you are.
Because there are so many people that have it worse just by the fact that you're listening to this.
You've been able to download it,
Have the device to play it.
Means you're in the top 1% of successful human beings.
And what we have in life is beyond what any Egyptian Pharaoh had.
Kings and Queens of old didn't even have what we have today.
We live in such abundance.
You've got such a great life and I want you right now to feel grateful,
Appreciative and happy with exactly where you are and allow yourself to feel a strange sense of appreciation and satisfaction of where you are right now and also the desire to be somewhere else.
I want you to feel both of these at the same time and as you do I want you to think what's the first step that you need to make towards that big goal that you really want.
What's that first thing that you need to do?
That first move and when you know it and you should have already written it down.
I want you to take that step energetically in your mind and step forward into that first step that's going towards your big goal.
What is that step?
Maybe you've got a name,
A symbol,
Maybe it's something you've achieved,
Maybe it's something you've become or something you've let go of.
Maybe it's a new behavior.
Maybe you've moved to a new environment but what's the next step?
And as you make this step I want you to thank that version of you in the past,
The version of you that took action and got you here.
I want you to thank that you of the past and I want you to ask yourself this question,
How does it feel to be at this step?
How does it feel to already have achieved this?
I want you to imagine that you've already achieved this step and I want you to ask yourself what would it feel like if this was done already?
How would it feel if I was here?
What would I believe about life?
What is my belief now that I'm here?
What do I believe about myself?
What do I believe about being here?
What do I believe?
And as you do I want you to feel satisfaction of where you are,
Grateful for where you've been and inspired to get where you want to go.
Take a deep breath in and out and allow yourself to feel it and as you feel it I want you to notice that your big goal is still just a couple of steps away.
In fact there is at least one step between where you are now and where you truly desire to be and now that you're ready I want you to take the next steps towards your big goal and as you take this step,
Step into the next place whether it's a new environment,
A new belief structure,
Whether it's taking action or maybe it's a new result in life,
Whatever it is.
What's the next logical step and as you take that step the old you can just drop away and turn into your grateful past and as you allow your grateful past,
Express it backwards in life to all the people that you've been and take a moment and thank all those versions of you that had to take action and be courageous in order to step into this new place.
Take a breath and ask yourself how does it feel to have achieved this place?
How does it feel to be at this milestone?
What does it look like?
What are the things that you're doing?
What have I achieved?
What do I say to myself now that I'm here?
And I want you to notice that your big desire is only one step away so it seems quite easy at this point.
It's only one step away.
In life everything is only one step away but while we're here you're about to achieve your big goal.
How does it feel?
Are you excited?
Are you grateful?
I want you to feel appreciative of where you are and how you got here knowing that what you want is just one step away and when you're ready when you to have truly felt the gratitude of being where you are in life I want you to take this step that next step to your desired goal and as you do I want you to think you've achieved what it is.
You've achieved what you have wanted to achieve.
Look back at your grateful past.
All the things that you had to go through in order to be this person and notice couldn't be any other way.
Some of the things you thought were negative were actually teaching you a lesson.
They weren't a rejection.
They were redirecting you to where you needed to be.
I want you to feel gratitude for every person in your past.
Every place you've been.
Every single time that things didn't go to plan and I want you to express a massive gratitude to yourself because even though things were bumpy even though sometimes it was tough you got through it.
You focused.
You knew what you wanted to do and you got through it and I want you to extend gratitude to all the past versions of you.
One step back.
Two steps back.
The one back in the present day,
The one in the past and just feel love for that person.
Feel love for them because they did it.
They got you here and now you're here.
I want you to notice what it feels like to have achieved this goal.
Really feel it.
Now that you've achieved your goal how do you stand?
What's in your life?
Where are you?
What have you achieved?
How do you feel?
What are the other feelings associated with this feeling?
What are you doing with your body now that you've achieved it?
Let's celebrate.
Put your body in the way that you would put it now that you've achieved this goal and as you do that I want you to allow yourself to feel this feeling even more and as you start to feel it allow yourself to feel this even more.
The more that you feel it the more you want to feel it.
Now this might be difficult to start with so start saying things in your mind of what you'd say if you'd achieved it.
Start picturing yourself achieving this and then notice how it would feel to be that person right now.
And as you do you're signaling to your genes to your brain that there's a new way and as you do this you're teaching your body how it is that it needs to feel.
So go ahead and feel it.
Allow yourself to feel it like you've never felt it before and however you're feeling it's okay you're going to get better and better as you practice this.
You're really feeling it right now.
Now take a full breath in and breathe out and allow yourself to know that this is you.
This is who you are.
What would need to happen in order for you to feel this even more to know that this is already done as you allow yourself just a little bit of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy and pride.
Just allow it to flow through you as you feel it.
Now let's notice that this isn't the end of the game for you there's more to come.
What's the goal for you now as you're here?
What are you going to do next and an image will pop into your mind or a word or thought where you're going to next.
It could be something completely different in life or it could be more of the same.
Let's go ahead and choose the next goal in life and as you do that I want you to step forward in your mind to that next place in life and leave behind your desired goal.
As you step forward into this place you've moved past the point of that goal that you wanted.
The goal now that you've already achieved is behind you and I want you to notice what it is you're doing next in life and as you think back feel gratitude for being the person that achieved that goal.
Feel gratitude all the way back to the present day to that person that had to take all the steps to get you there.
All the way back to the past and just feel that immense gratitude to all the different versions of you that had to be courageous to take a chance and had to go for it and as you feel it I want you to notice how it feels to be this person.
How do you stand being someone that's already achieved all of those things and is now doing even more.
Who's in your life?
What's in your life?
What do you get?
What do you get to be and I want you to notice how it feels.
Now we've got these all lined up in your mind let's go right back to the present day so let's rewind all the way back the present day and now you're back here in the present day and what's the first step that you need to take in your mind take that first step feel it feel it feel that first step feel the gratitude for the person in the present day the person in the past feel it allow yourself teach your body the moves it needs to make now you've taken that step what's the second step they need to take towards that big goal take a nice breath in and out and make the jump step forward feel gratitude for the person behind you the person at present the person in the past you're one step away from your desired goal teach your body what it needs to do and then take the step into your desired goal feel it be the person that made all of those moves notice what it feels like to be the guide to be the lathe to be the creator to be the person who made this jump really feel it and take as many breaths as you need how do you hold your body being the guide being the person being the human that did this take one more step and as you make that next step into the future one past where it is that you want to be right now notice how it feels and in your mind as you're here i want you to play through the steps where you were in the past where you are in the present where you were in one step two steps and today how does it feel go through your mind and play each step through your mind where were you in the past where were you in the present day one step two steps the goal that you've just achieved and then where are you one step in the future now do it again breathe go through it again breathe feel it feel each step feel each step and breathe and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes and feel it feel really good feel like you know exactly what you need to do feel like you did the most important thing like you're reconditioned come back to your body now and come back to your body with the feeling that there's a future version of you that you're creating that is calling you like a magnet there's a future version of you that is so proud of the action you're about to take so proud of you pushing through everything that is tough there's a future version of you that is so grateful for you who you are and what you're doing right now there's a future version of you cheering you on wanting you to succeed so when you're ready just come back to your body knowing that there's a magnet aligning you to where you want to be and do this as many times as you can and have an amazing day.
