The Inner Fire Meditation is going to create an inner fire for you, an internal motivation that never stops. Allowing you to push through boundaries that you think are there. Any roadblocks, you'll smash through them. Setbacks won’t faze you anymore. In order to complete this meditation, write down your ideal version of heaven, where you want to be, and your ideal version of where you don't want to be.

Hi and welcome to the Inner Fire Meditation.

In this meditation we're going to go deep,

Creating inner fire for you,

An internal motivation that never stops,

So you can push through any boundaries that you think are there,

Any roadblocks you'll smash through them.

Setbacks won't phase you anymore because internal motivation is far greater than anything external.

So in order to complete this meditation you must have written down your ideal version of heaven,

Where you want to be and your ideal version of where you don't want to be.

If you haven't done that,

Do it now and come back when you're done.

You see in life we get choices.

Every choice that you make today is either moving you towards the person in the future that you want to be or it's moving you further away.

Every single choice in every moment.

So if you're ready I want you to go ahead and just close your eyes and take a deep breath in and relax.

Just get comfortable.

And as you sit there I want you to remember a time or think about what it would feel like to put something off.

We've all done it before haven't we?

How would you feel just to put something off to give away your power?

I want you to decide to put your dreams off just for now.

You know you want to be fit and healthy and have an amazing relationship and build a financially secure future.

Maybe you want to travel and you want to be this amazing a person but today we're just going to decide to put it off.

So just keep your eyes closed and as you decide to put it off I want you to notice how it feels to put it off.

Yeah there's a reason isn't there?

There's a story.

You'll start tomorrow won't you?

You'll start next week.

And as you make that decision I want you to start floating into the future.

Going forward three months out from today.

Three months out into the future.

And I want you to notice what it's like to be that person that just puts things off.

You're probably exactly where you are now.

You haven't progressed in life.

Little has changed.

Maybe you've even gone backwards.

You didn't decide to change your negative beliefs.

So I want you just to think about all the fears and negative beliefs that you're choosing to have.

Your fear starting a new relationship.

Your fear being fit and healthy.

Your fear success.

We fear failure so you never get started.

And I want you to notice how it feels to be a person that just puts things off and continues on the same old track.

And let's go six months out into your future.

Way out into the future.

And you're just this type of person.

Do you think your life is progressing as you want it to progress?

Or is it in the complete opposite direction?

I want you to catch yourself in the mirror.

Look at yourself eye to eye.

You've done it before haven't you?

One year from now.

Look at yourself in the mirror and you've just put everything off.

You started doing it in one area of life.

But you know and I know that putting things off starts affecting everything in your life.

So how do you look when you connect with yourself?

Somebody that just decides to let fear control them.

Let doubt control them.

Let their past be greater than themselves.

What's the story that you're telling yourself?

And how do you hold your body?

I want you right now to change your body.

To feel into being that same position that you'd be if you were this person right now.

And feel a year.

Feel one year of indecision putting it off of doubt,

Procrastination,

Excuses.

And I want you to feel this and I want you to push yourself now out three years into the future.

And as you do that right now feel three years of not going forward.

Maybe even going backwards.

What's the shape of your body?

What's your relationship like with yourself?

What's your relationship like with your family,

Your friends,

Your significant other?

Is there even a relationship at all?

What's your business like?

Are you still in that same old job?

And take a deep breath in and out and just allow yourself to feel three years of letting the outside world control you.

Three years of indecision.

Three years of doubt.

Three years of procrastination.

And just put your body as it would be three years from now.

What sound would you make in three years if you would end up here?

Remember back three years ago when you were ready to start and you were all excited to change your life and then you did nothing and you've done it before and you did it again.

Take a breath with me and allow yourself to feel what it would be like to be this person as you push yourself out a decade into the future.

So go forward a decade,

10 years and feel it.

Feel what it would be like.

What would you say to yourself?

10 years of just being that person that puts things off.

You've seen others do it.

You remember 10 years ago.

You said you'd never do that but one thing led to another and you put it off.

You've gained weight in all the wrong way.

You haven't put time or attention to the things that you care about.

You're still in the same place that you were 10 years ago.

And what else do you you don't have in your life?

Maybe you've gained some things.

Maybe you're able to gain some self-confidence issues.

Maybe you're able to gain some debt.

Maybe things are really bad.

Or maybe they're just exactly the same.

Maybe nothing's changed.

Maybe you've gained some and allow yourself to feel what that would be like as you float right out into a future on this path.

You're just putting things off and that was the type of person that you became and it became your story.

You let doubt and fear rule your life as you float right out to the end of whatever it is.

But this is a choice that you can make.

But let me ask you.

Is this the choice that you want to make today?

Do you want to let the outside circumstances control you?

You put things off before.

Are you ready to be the person that decides their future?

Are you ready to actually make a change?

Because this is only one option and sometimes it's nice to explore what it's like to be the person that puts things off because it's okay.

You don't fail as a human.

The universe still loves you just the same and in the end 100 years from now no one will even know.

200 years no one will even remember.

So you could hide couldn't you?

You could be this person but it's not your potential is it?

So right now let me ask you the question.

Is this the future that you want?

I bet it's not.

So let's go ahead and float back.

Back across your timeline all the way back to now.

And as you float back all the way to now I want you to notice all the things that you don't want to be.

All the things you don't want to magnetize.

All the things so we can get right back to now and as you're here now let's let that one go because that was only an option isn't it?

And keeping your eyes closed I want you to decide what is it that you want to create?

What is it that you want to call in?

Who do you want to be?

Who is it that you want to be in a relationship with?

How is your life really going to be?

Go ahead and make that decision to be somebody that follows through and as you make that decision make it from an internal place.

Your decision of what you want to really do and as you make this decision I want you to take yourself out three months from now and take a big breath in and out and put a smile on your face because you're stuck to your decision.

Three months from now about 90 days and you've stuck to this and how does it feel to be the person with these beliefs following through?

Feels pretty good doesn't it?

Put a smile on your face take a breath in and as you do on this path let's go out six months.

What could you create in six months?

180 days.

Wow 180 days.

Where could you be if you were somebody that followed through on everything you said?

You did everything that you needed to do.

You thought positively,

You thought positively,

You removed limits,

You focused on what you wanted,

You took action.

There were some speed bumps but look where it got you and now let's go out one year and really feel it.

Stand the way that you're standing being a person one year of following things through,

One year of doing everything that you said that you were going to do and everything you wanted to do.

No one else needs to know do they?

But catch yourself in the mirror,

Connect.

Connect with the version of yourself one year into the future and look deeply into their eyes.

This person followed through,

They had every reason to give up but look how their body looks.

They eat the right foods,

They did the right exercise,

They followed through.

Look who's in their life,

They made it happen.

They spent time with the people that mattered.

Look at their business,

Look at their finances,

Look at their whole being.

This is you,

Connect to that,

Breathe it in through your nose.

Then let's go out even further,

Three years.

What's that like?

Three years of being a person that follows through,

Three years of being somebody that steps up,

Three years of being someone that takes action,

Three years of believing in yourself,

Three years of putting in time where it counts,

Three years of internal fire.

And stand the way you should be standing,

Make sure your body is in the right place and really feel it.

Where do you feel it in your body the most?

Really feel being this person as you take yourself out a decade into the future.

And I want you to imagine the house that you live in.

What does it look like?

Ten years into the future,

What's the house that you live in?

And let's walk up to it and imagine opening the big door that goes into the house and as you walk in it's one of those hallways with photos on both sides.

And as you walk forward I want you to examine what you've created over the last 10 years.

And as you're walking down the hallway looking at all the photos,

10 years of being somebody that followed through.

What have you achieved in your business,

Your life,

Your relationships,

Your spiritual connection,

Your body,

Fitness?

And there's a mirror one of those floor-to-ceiling tall mirrors and you catch yourself and you feel proud because you could have made any decision but this is the one that you made.

This is where you chose to be,

You planted a seed a decade ago and look what it grew into.

This is yours,

This is everything you wanted,

Doesn't it feel good?

And let's keep going out,

Out into the future,

Right out into the future and as you ride out into that future I want you to notice who you became and who you are.

Who you'll be remembered for and I want you to decide that this is what you're going to be and I want you to decide that this is what you're creating because you can choose,

No one else can choose and as you make that decision,

As you make that commitment to yourself you're going to notice anytime that it doesn't feel like this,

Anytime that you're not moving forward you're going to come back to this path,

This line.

This is where you want to be,

This is your motivation,

This is your drive and look there's been some times that you went off track but you pulled yourself back,

It wasn't perfect there were speed humps.

So as you've made that decision now go ahead,

Whatever it is you need to do just to go ahead you know you're going to do this.

When you've truly committed,

Made a decision in your life,

If you have before go ahead and make it again and if you haven't ever,

If this is your first time make the decision count,

This is your life,

Every decision you make will lead you here.

So come back through your timeline,

Noticing everything that you need to notice about what it's like to be this person and come all the way back and just take your time now,

Make sure you see,

Feel and hear everything that you want to be,

Come all the way back to today and when you're here now you can open your eyes only when you've decided on one action that you're going to take today that will move you forward in the right direction.

So this isn't just a thought process,

This is an action.

So keep your eyes closed until you've decided on one thing,

It could be as simple as drinking more water or eating better today,

Going for a walk,

Going for a run,

Calling that friend or family member,

Tell them that you're sorry,

Rekindle that relationship,

Connecting with someone,

Doing something that you've been putting off.

So go ahead now and describe what you've done and what you've done today and when you're ready you can open your eyes and let's get into action.

Go ahead and make sure that today you do that one thing,

That you become this person,

That this is your inner fire,

This is your inner drive,

No one's going to do it for you,

It's yours to create because in truth no one would want their life to be the same.

It's yours to create because in truth no one would want their life to be done for them.

This is yours.

So get into action today and have an amazing day.
