Transcript

Just relax now as you allow yourself to enter into a state of perfect meditation.

Just breathe in and out,

Listen to the sound of my voice.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Each time you exhale your whole body keeps relaxing more and you continue feeling more calm,

More peaceful and more at ease.

As you continue relaxing I just want you to use your imagination.

Just imagine yourself lying on the grass in a soft green meadow.

The sun is shining gently as a cool easy breeze blowing over your body.

You continue feeling comfortable and at ease.

You notice around you beautiful flowers blooming.

The flowers are moving gently in the breeze,

Swaying left and right.

As you breathe in and out,

I want you to notice the wonderful fragrance of the flowers as they sway gently in the wind.

Now in your mind I want you to stand up.

You look to the north and see the beautiful mountain at the end of this meadow.

We are going to take a trip to that mountain.

You look around and notice an easy flowing stream to the right of you.

While you are warm the stream is cool and cold and flowing gently.

You walk over to the stream,

Bend over and put your hand in the water.

The water is pure,

Clean,

Cool and refreshing.

You see your reflection in the water,

Happy,

Smiling and calm.

As you listen to the gentle flow of the water trickling along.

Since the stream seems to come from the mountains,

Let's follow it up into the mountains.

As we walk along following the stream we come to a pond at the head of the stream.

You bend over,

Put your hand in the water and notice it's nice and warm this time.

You decide to get in the water and swim for a brief time.

You can feel the warm gentle water surrounding your body as you quietly move through the water.

It's refreshing and enjoyable as you swim further and further,

The warm water gently caressing your body.

Easy and warm.

Now it's time to get out and continue moving up the mountain.

As we climb further you can hear the birds chirping,

Smell the pine trees,

That familiar smell and once in a while you can still see the meadow in small openings between the trees.

We're half way up the mountain now,

The air is cool and crisp and clear.

We notice a fallen tree over on the left and decide to stop and rest.

The meadow is in full view from here,

High up.

The scene is beautiful.

The walk up has made you warm but the breeze is cool and you think back to the gently flowing water of the stream and pond.

Now it's time to continue on up the mountain.

You can think to yourself just how beautiful it's going to be at the top looking down into the meadow below.

The breeze is blowing gently and you notice the smell of small cedar trees as we're nearing the top of the mountain.

Just a few more steps and we'll be at the top.

We've finally made it and from here,

Looking around,

You can see the deep canyon on the other side.

From this side you can see the meadow below.

Just ahead you see a sign there on the top of the mountain and you walk over to it and you notice that it says,

Speak the questions you want answered most into the canyon below and you will see the answer written in the sky above.

You are deciding the most important question that you want to speak into the canyon below.

As soon as you make that decision,

Ask the question as you look down into the canyon and then look to the sky above for your answer.

Do that now.

With this total feeling of relaxation,

With nature itself answering your questions,

It's now time to go back down the mountain and return to the meadow.

You notice the sun beginning to set on the hills on the left but we still have plenty of time to get down before it gets dark but we do need to be on our way down.

As we are going down,

We notice a few deer off in the forest.

We are half way down now.

We pause for a few minutes and sit on the fallen tree again.

We see the beautiful sunset as it's forming.

And now we continue moving on down.

You hear the birds chirping and you come to the pond and you see the reflection of the sunset on the surface of the water.

We continue on following the beautiful,

Refreshing stream.

You pause again just to feel that wonderful,

Cool,

Refreshing water on your hand.

Now we are back in the meadow and you lie down in the comfortable grass again.

You can smell the fragrance of the flowers just as before.

And you lie there,

Comfortable and relaxed,

In a soft,

Easy state.

Your journey up the mountain,

For the moment at least,

Is over.

What a lovely little journey, described in such detail, with a voice I recognise but don't know who's exactly, it sounds slightly like 'Christian Thomas'-esque, 😁 Either way it's a lovely clear voice and it was great to join him to the top of that mountain. The question thing didn't work for me sadly because as soon as I knew I was going to get an answer in the sky I wanted the answer to be yes so I purposely thought of a question that I WANTED the answer to be yes to, so I ended up changing it to no!! What's wrong with me lol. At least I wasn't disappointed here, like I am in real life so far. 😂 Also, the background details were great...I love it when I guided visualisation uses background noises like you did. I used to listen to 'The Honest Guys' on YouTube a lot and there's were just mind-blowing at how detailed they were. So thanks again for this beautiful journey.
