Eilís is a teacher of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, holding a Masters in Mindfulness Based Wellbeing (in the Workplace) from University College Cork, along with being a qualified yoga teacher and life coach. In addition, through her over 20+ years of working as a Chartered Accountant in multinational corporates, she has directly experienced and learned to manage and overcome the negative consequences that can come from the highly demanding and fast paced environments that characterise modern workplaces.
