As a Highly Sensitive Person, to manage your personality trait effectively and positively, it is important to first understand what it means to be an HSP at root level, and how your sensitivity can play out in daily life. Today, this is where we will begin. In this session and through guided meditation, you will also learn how to easily identify the key indicators and triggers that affect you and millions of HSPs around the world and start to turn your sensitivity into your superpower.

How Does It Feel To Be A Highly Sensitive Person?
Tuning into the HSP characteristics particular to you and identifying your triggers are your first steps towards managing your feelings for a fulfilled and easier life. In this session, you will begin to recall and review your previous HSP experiences, looking for clues that may not have been obvious at the time, and explore in detail what it feels like to be an HSP. Harnessing a breathing exercise and a meditation, I’ll guide you to drop out of your logical mind and into your heart space, so that your feelings can take centre stage.

Denial and Acceptance
Denial of your HSP trait is a perfectly normal response but by learning and recognizing the signs within typical scenarios and situations, such as in your family life and in the workplace, you can come to a peaceful place of acceptance. Today, with the support of a guided meditation, you will examine the typical responses you or those around you may give to your HSP trait, why it is common to resist your sensitivity and why it can be a gift when embraced fully. You will also explore potential High Sensation Seeking (HSS) characteristics you may possess and the complexity of balancing both sensitivity and sensation.

Communication Is Key!
Understanding yourself, your traits and what you need is key as an HSP, and so are boundaries and how to set them. In this session, you will learn how to anticipate and prepare for situations that will set off your HSP traits. By learning how to communicate this to your family/colleagues/friends/partner, you’ll be able to navigate through a busy world - and life - more comfortably. Today’s meditation aims to help you protect your own energy and inner peace, so that you can communicate and set those boundaries with ease.

Thrive, Not Just Survive!
Having the right self-care tools, be it a quick exercise, a manageable routine or immersing yourself in nature, is crucial for HSPs to thrive. From a soothing grounding session to ensuring you have a comfortable workspace, there are many enriching experiences you can tap into. In this session, I will reveal some of the most powerful ways to help HSPs succeed and flourish in life. I’ll also guide you through an active journaling meditation, so you’ll always have the right tools for you at your disposal.

Overwhelm and Exhaustion
The symptoms of high sensitivity aren’t only limited to emotions; they can manifest physically, too. When you’re feeling everything much more deeply, extreme tiredness, anxiety and overwhelm – and even headaches, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and digestive problems – can come as a result of sensory overload. Today’s meditation will support you to become more aware of the physical symptoms of being an HSP, recognize the moments when your body feels discomfort and tune into your chakra energy fields to restore calm and balance.

It’s time to unlock your sensitivity superpower and start thriving!
