Prayer to the Shekinah
Beginning with a grounding, gathering and arriving mediation to notice how you are in this moment. This centring meditation will help you connect more deeply to your life in this here and now space giving you insight into your emotions, body and thoughts. It will then invite you to welcome Divine Feminine Love to meet you just as you are.
A beautiful prayer written by Mirabai Starr from her book Wild Mercy is then read.
Lição 2
God as Divine Mother
A reflection on God as Divine Mother drawing on inspiration from Mirabai Starr, Clarissa Pinkola-Estes, Julian of Norwich and my own journey with The Divine Mother. This refection is threaded through with questions for you to consider and carry with you. The questions are repeated at the end of the reflection so you can jot down the ones that resonate.

Lição 3
A Meditation to Encounter the Divine Mother
This simple mediation creates a space in which you can experience your own encounter with The Divine Mother. Using the imagination, you are invited into a quiet place where there is time to welcome Her presence and receive what she comes to bring you. There are no rules, this is a very personal, unique space that allows you to connect with the loving presence of The Divine Mother in the way that she desires to meet with you.

The Wise Woman Within
This session explores our deep inner wisdom that is always available to us, the place within where we are both human and divine and where the deepest truth of who we are resides. Sophia wisdom, inner wisdom, the wise woman within are all terms we can use to talk of this part of us. As we learn to hear her voice and sense her presence, She will be an ever present guide, companion and haven for us.
Lição 5
The Mother Wound
This session offers a short reflection on the wounds we receive from our mother's and how deeply they can affect us and the way we make our way in the world.
There is an accompanying meditation on my Insight timer page entitled "Healing for the Mother Wound".
Once this session and that meditation have been listened to some questions are offered for you to be with and reflect upon which may lead you to greater places of freedom and healing.

A Healing Mother Ritual
This beautiful ritual has been written by my friend and colleague Rachael Barham who can also be found on Insight Timer.
It too, is built around the poem "Mother" by Chelan Harkin and offers a way to be released from the weight and burden of "Mother" however you may be carrying that.
It offers comfort, kindness and love and invites gentle reflection leading to healing and freedom.
You may want to have a notepad to hand as you listen so you can jot down what resonates and decide how to adapt or walk through this ritual yourself in the best way for you.

The Divine Feminine in Mother Earth
Nature has a huge amount to offer us in the way of Divinity. She is infused with the creator and seems always ready to offer us her gifts in bountiful ways.
This session offers a reflection on an imaginative experience/ Divine encounter I had with a tree that I walk past most days. this reflection comes with an invitation to engage with Mother Nature however you can and receive what she is offering through her infusion with The Holy.

Mary Magdalene and Jesus
A course on the Divine Feminine with its roots in the christian tradition would be incomplete without reference to Mary Magdalene and her place within Jesus' inner circle and her role as "the apostle the apostles." She had a unique and deep relationship with Jesus and her gospel (not included in the Bible but discovered in the late nineteenth century) offers some rich insights.
I offer some background followed by a reflection inspired by an encounter written in the Bible between Jesus and Mary.

Ending Declaration
This final session offers a declaration for you to receive. May it bring hope, power and love to you as Divine Feminine from the heart of THE Divine Feminine to you. May you receive these words wherever they're needed as a gift that brings courage as you continue to walk into your true identity and destiny.
