Namaste. Welcome to this little video on preparing to do spiritual work, Setting up our sacred space. I always like to start by lighting a candle. I have one right here and then I take my sage. We don't need a whole lot, Just a little bit. We don't need to burn a whole bush. I use my candle to light my sage. I have about this much going right now. For the space of my office, It is normally more than enough and it sometimes gets away from me a little bit. Then I need to set it in a window or something. I use my feather and I kind of waft it around reciting the prayer, I command all negative energies, Cords, Barnacles, And beings to leave. I repeat this three times and circle around the room, Wafting the smoke three times. That is our first step.
