
Integrating Energies, Activations, And Information
We often experience shifts in energy connected to astrological events, work with higher realms, and do a variety of spirit-based activities. Often there are energies and information that we incorporate into our being. Or, we receive energies that activate new aspects of our psyches and energetic bodies. In this talk, the Rev. Jessica will guide you in exploring tools to help us gracefully integrate new energies, information, and activations.

Welcome and Namaste.
I am Reverend Jessica of Blue Star Gaia LLC and I thank you for joining me in this moment for the Integrating Energies Activations and Information class.
Let's get started.
So we all have likely explored spiritual books,
Classes,
Seminars,
Podcasts,
And so on.
And many of us have participated probably in meditations or received energy work.
And many of us also have felt more collective energy shifts such as from astrological events and other sources.
In all of these instances we are receiving information,
We are receiving energies,
And sometimes even activations.
This class is designed to give you some steps and tools for gracefully integrating information,
Energies,
And activations from those and any other resource.
In general,
The act of integration can be kind of an alchemical process.
So parts of ourselves,
Such as our psyches,
Our souls,
Can be kind of broken down in a sense and refined and reconstituted in a higher frequency form.
Kind of like how a diamond is formed.
And so as we pick up our book,
As we step into the class,
We are stepping into a sort of crucible or cauldron,
A sacred space.
Sometimes it's kind of a subjective space,
A figurative space in energy where we are receiving this work.
And so first I'm going to talk about some steps that you can follow before entering the space.
First of all,
We can look at how we feel about this resource.
Does it align with you?
Does it feel safe?
Is it comfortable?
Is it highly regarded by people you trust with good discernment?
This is important to look at because our feelings going into these opportunities can sometimes increase our resistance towards integrating these energies,
Information,
And activations.
And so if you're curious about a resource,
But you're not quite sure if it's right,
It's good to kind of pin down what's going on there.
And so you can ask your friends or spiritual teachers who you regard as having good discernment what their feelings are about this resource.
You can also connect with your spirit team,
Like your guides,
Guardian angels,
And ask them what's going on here.
Perhaps there is some fear towards stepping into your power or self-discovery,
Or perhaps it's an uneasiness about a particular teacher who's involved with it.
And it's also okay to recognize that not all resources are for all people.
Sometimes people's energies clash,
And sometimes personalities clash,
And sometimes also there can be a language barrier.
Some people have communication styles that are easier for some people to know and understand than for others,
And that's okay.
There's a teacher for everyone.
So next,
We look at intentions going into this.
I believe it is good to set aside for this moment what we already know as that can contribute to resistance,
Which we will look into deeper further into this class.
It is good to approach these with a beginner's mind,
With a mindset to explore with fresh eyes from a place of curiosity and adventure.
As you are moving into these opportunities and exploring these resources,
The integration is very much an act of surrender on our part.
And so there are some things here to be mindful of as we kind of surrender and allow.
We can set our intent to set aside expectations,
Such as how we expect the information will look,
How we expect to feel,
As we're engaging with this resource,
And how we expect that this will pan out or transform us.
We can set our intentions to remember the information in ways we can know and understand.
That's kind of a big one.
It's also good to step into this crucible with a sense of calm.
So if you're feeling a little agitated or experiencing some big feelings,
It is good to find a sense of emotional balance before stepping in as they can kind of interfere.
It's also good to try to step in with a clear mind.
Intrusive thoughts do happen,
But we can set our intent to leave our baggage at the door.
Also,
Another part of surrender,
Coming back to surrender,
Is to set aside your personal motives and ego.
Because there are some people that just that walk into a class with the intention that they're going to smash it,
They're going to do great,
They're going to do everything better than everyone else.
But when you walk in with that sort of a mindset,
It kind of leaves of limits what you're able to take in.
And also,
We can set our intentions to be hollow bones for divine energy.
This applies to taking classes,
To reading a book,
As well,
Especially to receiving energy work.
And we'll go into this a little further later on in the class.
Final thing to note is to take care of your bodily needs.
And so perhaps for a few days at least,
Before starting your resource,
It may be good to start being mindful of your diet,
Drink enough water,
Abstain from alcohol and other mind and mood altering substances,
The exception being prescribed pharmaceuticals.
I'm never going to tell somebody to not take their prescribed medicines because that's a different realm.
And so right before the class,
Right before you sit down with your book,
It's good to take care of your bathroom needs.
Make sure you've taken care of your food needs.
Maybe a light snack or a light meal.
Make sure you have water on hand or tea if you're a tea drinker.
Stretch and move around first if you think you'll be sitting in one spot for a while,
Especially some of these seminars,
You know,
That start,
You know,
Early to mid morning and then go into the late afternoon or evening.
Have a blanket or a shawl.
When energy moves through us,
Sometimes it could feel really hot.
So maybe consider wearing layers.
And sometimes we could also get really chilly.
And so that's where,
You know,
The shawls and stuff come in to play nicely.
Tissues.
This can be an emotional experience.
There is sometimes crying involved.
And so tissues are good to have on hand just in case.
And so with all of this stuff lined up,
We are now ready to engage with our resource.
We're ready to step into this crucible,
Into this,
This cauldron.
All right.
So,
Oh,
And one more thing.
If you are at home and planning to engage in listening to a podcast or read a book,
It might not hurt to light a candle,
Maybe smudge your area and somehow demarcate sacred space before you start.
All right.
So stepping into that crucible.
So we are moving into sacred space and time,
Even if it's just reading a book or listening to a podcast.
And in the space as we move through it,
We do sometimes find that our monkey brain wants to play.
Random thoughts may pop up.
I learned a very useful tool that you can imagine yourself swiping them away,
Like you would,
You know,
Something that comes up on your screen,
On your phone,
You know,
Swipe it away.
Or imagine it has a little trash can or a little X and click it.
You can set your intent to look at it later if it is actually something important,
Because that happens.
Or if it's,
You know,
Just something kind of silly that you don't need,
You know,
Press the X,
Delete it,
Whatever.
And then draw yourself back to this moment.
Maybe take a big breath.
As we engage with our resources,
And this includes like energy shifts and solar and astrological events,
You know,
Like the full moon or Mercury retrograde,
We may go through a process of release.
Things do and can,
You know,
Come up for healing and recognition.
And we can get emotional.
And so,
You know,
We may cry.
And it's good to cry.
Sometimes,
You know,
We can and it's good to cry.
Sometimes,
Release happens in the form of bathroom needs.
And so it is good to allow yourself breaks,
You know,
For the bathroom.
Breathe,
It's good to breathe through it.
Breathe and release.
And sometimes,
In some instances,
People feel they also need to engage in creation.
Sometimes,
When I listen to things online,
I like to knit or crochet.
And sometimes,
Those energies kind of come into play of how my creation turns out and the energies it contains.
Another tip,
When possible,
Is to take things in small bites.
In my notes,
I spelled it as B-Y-T-E-S,
You know,
Like computer language.
So,
One step at a time,
One breath at a time,
Little by little.
And so,
When you have control over the speed of which you're going through your resource,
Do things in chunks,
Like one chapter at a time.
And then allow yourself to fully,
You know,
Process it and absorb it before moving on to the next.
Or maybe one podcast at a time until you feel that you fully absorbed it and then you can move on to the next.
Sometimes,
When you try to cram it all into,
You know,
A shorter amount of time,
You miss things.
And it's harder to digest this and integrate it.
But it's definitely a matter of feeling your way through it.
Pay attention to how things are making sense to you.
Pay attention to the feeling of the energy as it's flowing in you and integrating.
And then when that energy feels like it's tapering off,
You know,
That's a sign that you've integrated it.
And also,
During the integration process,
We encounter a lot of signs and synchronicities.
And so,
When these start tapering off,
That can also be a sign that you're ready to move on to the next bit.
Speaking of signs and synchronicities,
Synchronicities are outward physical expressions of our energetic states and processes.
And so,
When we see things like certain numbers on the clock,
Certain numbers on like your receipt from the store,
Those are kind of an expression of the energies that you're working on integrating.
And perhaps we may be seeing signs like hearts in places or finding feathers.
And sometimes these can be kind of affirming of what we know we're working on already.
They're a way of saying,
Good job,
You know,
Keep the good work.
But they can also give us more information on what exactly it is we are consciously or even not so consciously working on.
Sometimes when we are engaging with our various resources,
Such as a book,
Sure,
There's the information that's in the words.
But sometimes we're also working on it multi-dimensionally as well.
It,
You know,
It's not just a matter of processing the words on the page,
But we're receiving an energy with it as well,
An energy stream.
Also,
As we're flowing through our resources,
We may also encounter various messengers and helpers.
A lot of these are from our own spirit teams,
Such as our spirit guides,
Guardian angels,
Animals and whatnot.
And they are very,
They're very present in this process and assist us.
Sometimes they have a hand in adjusting our energies within our energy field and healing us in certain ways and also serving to protect us,
You know,
From outside energies and forces that do not serve our highest good in this moment.
They help facilitate the integration.
And when we are really in tune with them,
They can help to point out ways that we can personally relate to information or how it directly applies to us,
Which can be difficult to look at sometimes,
Which brings me to resistance.
I feel that in some way,
Shape or form,
We all experience this once in a while or from time to time.
And resistance is when the information or the energies don't seem to be sinking in,
They just keep getting blocked or the activations just are not happening.
They just seem to be getting blocked.
And this blockage is from within.
Sometimes we are in that moment experiencing cognitive dissonance.
And so that is kind of a discomfort at receiving information that doesn't harmonize with what we already believe or know.
And so we may find ourselves thinking,
That isn't true.
That can't apply to me.
That's not right or how I understand it.
Whether or not it is a correct discernment,
It can throw off our flow.
And discernment does take practice.
And there are going to be some teachers down the road who are going to say things that we can discern to not be 100% accurate.
But still,
We have ways to keep the flow going.
And so when we are,
You know,
Experiencing this resistance,
We shut down our channels to receive additional input.
And this does not serve us when this is information we do truly need or information we do truly need.
And so to get back into the flow,
We can look at some mindful self-talk,
Such as such as recognizing that this does not resonate with me.
We honor it.
I set this aside to come back to later.
Okay,
So we don't have to have everything figured out right now.
Or here's another one.
This is not how I see it.
But I honor this is how this other person experiences it.
I,
Or just because I disagree with this point,
Doesn't mean the upcoming information won't be worthwhile.
And so perhaps another point they're going to make is actually going to resonate with us.
And we want to keep that open channel to receive it.
We can set our intent to hear this out with curiosity rather than judgment.
I can make sense of this later.
We don't have it all.
We don't have to have it all figured out right now at this moment.
And we can set our intent to surrender and flow.
And when in doubt,
We can ask our spirit team.
What is the truth here?
Sometimes the reason for our resistance isn't immediately apparent.
You know,
Like I was just talking about,
It was a matter of the information somehow not feeling in alignment.
Okay,
But there are other things that can come up to that are resistance as well.
And so during a break,
Like if you're at a seminar and have a lunch break,
You can take a look at this.
Or if you're reading a book,
You can set it down,
Pause the podcast and take a look at what's going on.
Is it an emotional trigger of some sort that's coming up?
A memory of a traumatic experience?
Are you feeling fear of some sort,
Such as a fear of change or of your own power?
A fear of self-discovery?
Is it a matter of trust?
So that would be a discernment thing.
Or it could be a matter of avoiding uncertainty.
So if you're in a meditation and you don't know where exactly this is going,
There's that element of uncertainty.
And so sometimes people can start digging in their heels.
And then also pain can come up and be a form of resistance,
Such as sometimes the information or energies coming through can strike a painful chord in us emotionally,
Spiritually,
Or even physically.
And sometimes also when something is coming up to be released,
It's hard for us to let go.
And that resistance and letting go of it creates pain.
And so what to do in those situations?
I like to acknowledge them and bless them.
I feel that the Ho'oponopono prayer is a good resource for this,
Saying thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
And it's a way to kind of release it and let it go,
Acknowledging that maybe it had served a purpose at one time,
But now it's time to be done with that.
Breathing techniques are good,
Especially the big breaths and then releasing.
And sometimes in some cases,
People might need a little bit of energetic support,
Such as through Reiki or healing touch to help to release these things,
To move that energy that's blocking the integration.
But overall,
Whether it's during your exploration of this resource or after it's done,
Surrender is key to integrating and understanding and unfolding.
Some people struggle with this.
They just feel the need to be in control.
Sometimes there's a trust issue,
But sometimes even when they do discern that their resource is trustworthy and believe the energies that come through are to their highest good,
It can still be challenging to kind of hand over the wheel to a different force.
Some people have certain expectations of what they specifically want to get out of some work.
And so they may try to force the energies to go certain places,
Or they might try to gatekeep what kind of information comes through and their ears might be closed to those things that they don't want to hear or to only those things that interest them or that they are keen on knowing.
And some people also,
In not surrendering,
Try to force certain outcomes from energy work.
And this includes sessions like Reiki sessions,
Healing touch,
And so on and so forth.
There are thankfully tools that do help us learn to surrender.
One of my favorites is the child's pose.
Sorry for that brief interruption.
So one of my favorites is a yoga pose called the child's pose.
I feel that it by moving our body in that position,
It activates energies of surrender and allowing.
I'm sure there are also many mudras.
So that's things you can do with your fingers to facilitate surrender,
As well as affirmations and prayers.
One of my favorites goes like this,
As the leaves fall from the trees and surrender to Gaia Earth,
So do I surrender unto thee.
And you can repeat it for as many times as you need to.
I think I'll post this one on YouTube later.
All right,
So there's the prayers and affirmations to move into the energy of surrender to allow.
We can reassure ourselves that all is and will be well.
We can remember,
We can't always know what outcomes will serve our highest good,
But trust that the divine does.
And as we surrender,
We allow it to be.
And also when we are receiving energies,
We can relax,
We can allow the chair or the ground to do their work by holding our bodies.
We can allow our bodies to do its work through breath and the heartbeat.
We can allow the energies we're receiving,
The activations we're receiving to do their work.
We can allow ourselves to flow with it,
Allow it to move us,
Journey with it,
And know that our spirit teams are there to protect us and guide us throughout the whole way.
So let's take a moment to take a big breath and allow that all to sink in little by little,
Small bites.
So when our resource is over,
So when the center energy shift has ended,
When you finished that chapter or the whole book or finished your podcast,
We haven't necessarily completely stepped out of the energy of that crucible.
It can sometimes take hours,
Days,
Weeks,
Even months to finish with the integration.
Sometimes the smaller the chunk,
The quicker the integration.
And sometimes the bigger the chunk,
For example,
A three-day seminar,
The longer it could take to integrate.
Back in 2020,
I went on a pilgrimage to Yellowstone for a few days and that took months to integrate.
For the first month or two,
Almost all of my dreams were about my journey to Yellowstone.
And I feel like even into a year afterwards,
I was still integrating some things from it.
And that's okay.
It is a process for sure.
We can also face resistance after we have finished with our resource.
And sometimes that resistance can be continued from the ones we experienced during our interaction with the resource.
And sometimes we can face new areas as well,
Where we're resisting as all of this information and energies are settling in and as the activations are unfolding.
So don't beat yourself over it.
It is a process of unfoldment.
It is a process of going deeper.
And sometimes we do hit roadblocks,
But through surrender and various mindful practices,
We can get through it.
So a little bit later,
I am going to go through a few more tools to facilitate the integration process.
This time is also sometimes a big time of release of those things that no longer serve us.
They no longer serve our highest good.
Sometimes these things can be from this lifetime past as well as past lives.
Sometimes they can be generational things,
Ancestral things as well.
But sometimes they are kind of,
You know,
Kicked up as this energy is coming through for release and for healing and recognition.
We can experience some big feelings during this time.
Some people might come out of a really joyous seminar feeling good and then a day or two later,
They might feel kind of sad,
Perhaps cranky.
And that's all okay.
Cry it out if you need to.
That's a form of release.
When we're crying,
We're releasing these big feelings.
When I cry,
What I do is I kind of wipe my tear and then I bless myself with it.
It's holy water.
It's salt water.
You might find that you also need other forms of catharsis too,
Especially if you're feeling cranky,
Angry and whatnot.
For some people,
This time of active integration and activation is a time of creation.
And they may feel compelled to start new projects.
They may find new areas of inspiration or new directions in life to pursue.
It can feel like a rebirth for a lot of people,
Especially with those activations kicking in.
And so during this time,
Enjoy the flow.
Flow with it.
Allow spirit to move you.
Allow the energies and activations to move you.
Act on it and follow through with it.
And then there's the matter of change,
Which is constant,
But it can look different depending on big changes,
Little changes,
Inner,
Outer.
And so as we are coming out of these seminars,
These classes,
Podcasts,
Books,
Mercury Retrograde,
We are different than we were coming in.
And so we're still kind of in these energies initially.
We're still integrating and morphing and whatnot.
And this can be kind of scary.
We're finding new ways of viewing ourself and viewing the mechanisms of the universe.
Some people through this process find new ways of connecting to spirit and to self.
It is a time of self-discovery and self-knowledge,
Which can feel uncomfortable to some people.
Worthiness,
It's a time when a lot of people recalibrate their sense of self-worth.
And so when you have an improved sense of worth,
It affects the decisions you make in life from then on,
Both small and big.
It can vary from selection of what clothes to wear that day or changing a relationship,
Changing one's lifestyle.
And that in general can be a product of some of these integrations and activations and energies.
We might learn that our current lifestyle isn't working for us and perhaps we do need to make some healthier life choices or maybe some relationships currently in our life aren't working out for us for our highest good.
And so we may need to make some adjustments there.
And some of these big changes can be really scary.
It can feel like a battle between what is known and comfortable versus what is new and what is not.
And so as we become more uncertain and perhaps more work such as relocating or pursuing a different career,
Relationship changes.
Let's take a moment to breathe.
And so as we strive to flow with these processes,
To integrate them,
To learn and remember this information and to embody these activations,
Here are some things that you can do to assist these processes.
First of all,
Be mindful of your food intake.
And this includes substances.
So maybe skip the alcohol after that seminar.
Wait for these energies to finish integrating first.
Skip the mind,
Your mood,
Altering substances.
Stick with your prescriptions as prescribed.
That's not my realm.
Be mindful of your food intake.
And it's actually great to treat yourself,
But everything in moderation.
So perhaps a few chips are good,
But maybe not the entire family size bag in one sitting.
Okay,
Little bits,
Little bites.
And media,
Be mindful of the media you take in during this time.
Keep it light,
Keep it light and keep it kind hearted.
Some people during this time feel they might need more or stronger spiritual protection.
That's fine.
Go with it.
When we are well protected,
We do not need to hold on to any worry of being in danger.
But it's also good to recognize that as we evolve spiritually and become stronger,
So to speak,
We then do need stronger spiritual protection.
And as long as we've got that met,
We don't need to worry about it all that much.
Another helpful tool in integrating these new things is meditation.
And it doesn't have to be any specific meditation.
You don't have to set your intent to download more energies or more information.
This is more of a way to kind of check in with yourself.
You can allow your attention to go wherever spirit directs it to,
To listen to your guides,
To practice mindfulness,
Or in other words,
Non-judgmental observation.
Okay,
So practice that with with yourself,
How you're feeling,
Where energy is going in your body,
Areas that may need a little attention,
Areas of resistance.
So check into how you're feeling.
Look at how information and energies are resonating with you.
So if you just finished reading something in a book,
Look at how you're making sense of it,
How it's applying in your life right now.
Are you seeing signs and synchronicities?
If you think it could be a sign or it could be a synchronicity,
Trust that it is.
Some people will be quick to explain these things away,
But if you think it could be a sign,
Could be a synchronicity,
It is,
Even when there is a scientific explanation behind it.
People may find it is helpful to keep a journal,
Especially at this time to look to look back on.
Find moments to just be.
That is a big thing for me,
And it also applies to the surrendering and allowing.
Some people find that it helps to be in nature,
Just for the simple intent to enjoy it and take it in.
Just as a sunbather might intend to soak in the rays or a lizard,
You know,
They bask in the sun,
We can set our intent to just receive these energies,
To bask in them and do things just for the fun of it,
Which may be a little hard sometimes for some people if they're experiencing more challenging emotions during this time of integration and uncomfortable self-discovery.
But when you engage in areas of joy,
They can shift things for you and kind of lend some healing.
Some people need help with grounding while they're integrating.
If you feel like you come out of a healing session,
Kind of like your head is still in the clouds,
You've got that healing high coming out of the seminar,
You know,
And you can hear the grass grow,
It might be a sign that you could use some grounding.
While it's all,
You know,
Fine and good to be up here,
All those energies are still staying up here.
And so in order for them to really integrate into this,
You know,
Physical body,
It helps to be very much in touch and connected to the earth.
There are several things that we can do to ground.
We can carry certain stones and crystals.
I highly recommend bronzeite.
That was a lifesaver for me several years ago after a star gathering at the Hope Interfaith Center.
I was having trouble grounding for weeks afterwards and then I got the bronzeite and that was a great help.
Sheavlings are good,
Which are also connected to water,
So they're emotionally balancing.
Some other grounding rocks and crystals are obsidian,
Tektite,
Lava rock,
And hematite.
We can also ground through certain foods like root vegetables.
Yay for potatoes.
I'm fond of potatoes.
Coffee.
So if you're looking for a reason for coffee,
It is grounding for a lot of people.
And chocolate.
Another nice way to ground for some people is by walking around barefoot and being conscious of your bare feet on the floor,
Or even better,
On bare earth.
Not so fun in the winter in Minnesota,
But potted plants count.
It doesn't hurt to stick your foot in a potted plant if that's what you've got to work with.
Some people may find that they're hitting a lot of blocks,
A bit of resistance,
And the overall integration experience can be uncomfortable.
And sometimes it can help to receive energetic support.
And so people can do this through self-healings,
If they themselves are a healer,
Or they can see qualified practitioners and receive Reiki,
Healing touch,
Various other modalities to assist them in removing some of these blockages,
Helping them with release,
And assisting the energies itself in integrating with the person's being,
Really.
And this can also help activations to more fully blossom as well.
I feel like I skipped over something.
I did skip something.
Okay,
So drink plenty of water.
I can't remember if I mentioned this or not,
But you take your weight in numbers in pounds.
So if you weigh 140 pounds,
You take that number,
Forget about the pounds part.
You just want the 140.
Divide that by two,
So you get 70.
And so 70 ounces is the amount of water minimum per day we generally need to be drinking.
When we are integrating energies and information and activations,
We need even more water.
Alright,
If you want,
You can add lemon to it.
Sometimes in a mug like this,
I'll just add like two or three slices of lemon to it.
And then I'll just kind of reuse the lemons throughout the day as I add more and more water.
Another thing you could do,
Especially during a full moon,
Is to use moon water.
And so during a full moon,
You can leave water,
It could be any water,
In a clear container to basically soak up the moon's energies.
And so if it is potable water,
Drink it.
It assists you in achieving emotional balance,
Especially during the full moon,
But also throughout any time of the moon cycle.
And it can be used in cooking and not just soups.
One time I used it in a cake.
That was fun.
And it can also be added to a bath,
You can bathe in it.
And it will assist you with healing properties of the full moon and achieving emotional balance.
And sometimes it can also help to heighten or stimulate intuition and psychic flow.
Okay,
I know I did not mention getting extra sleep.
When I came back from the pilgrimage to Yellowstone,
That was a huge thing for me.
So in general,
People need about eight hours of sleep.
When we are integrating,
We often need even more sleep.
And this doesn't just include naps,
But it's like sound,
Good sleep.
And while we are asleep,
We are in dream time.
And our psyches,
So that would be like our,
Our super conscious,
Our higher selves,
And then our conscious,
The part of our psyche of that we are aware of and subconscious and all that stuff is kind of working together to make sense of things,
Including these energies that we are integrating,
The information we are integrating,
And those parts of ourselves that have been activated in the activations.
And so we do tons of work in our sleep.
And so I was dreaming about Yellowstone for several weeks after I returned,
Because I was still actively integrating everything.
And so it can be beneficial for some people to keep a dream journal for this purpose.
Make note of what's going on in your dreams,
And use a reliable guide and steps to figure out how to interpret them.
All right.
And so this part is last but not least,
Is to be gentle with yourself.
It is this process of integration,
This alchemical process is perfectly imperfect.
There are possibly going to be moments that are going to feel really rough for you.
There may be moments where you,
Your self worth drops,
But you don't need to stay there.
It's okay.
Be there for as long as you need and pick yourself up.
That's what these tools are for.
You're going to find areas where you are resisting.
You're going to find areas that just don't make sense.
And it's okay.
It's okay if everything doesn't make sense right away in that moment.
Maybe it'll make sense later.
And maybe you'll find that,
Well,
Maybe it wasn't exactly true.
That's where discernment and practice comes in.
But know that,
You know,
It's okay to wonder.
It's normal.
It's okay if life changes aren't instantaneous afterwards.
A lot of resources out there like classes and books claim to be life transforming,
And maybe they are very visibly life transforming for some people.
Maybe for other people,
It's more subtle.
Sometimes it's more inward than outward,
And it's all okay.
It's okay to need more time,
More sleep,
More energetic support to integrate.
And it's also okay if you don't feel familiar with yourself afterwards while you're integrating and need to reacquaint yourself to yourself.
Let's take a moment to take another deep breath and let these energies settle in.
Let's take a moment to feel ourselves coming back into our bodies.
If we may be kind of,
You know,
Floating up here a bit and feel connected to the new earth again.
And so overall,
An important part of integrating new energies,
Activations,
And information is to surrender.
To be a hollow bone,
To allow things to come in and through and allow it to move us,
To release what comes up for release,
To acknowledge those things that come up for healing,
And to move in ways that spirit moves you.
Your spirit team,
So your guides,
Guardian angels,
Spirit animals,
And so on,
Perhaps even ancestors,
Are very active in assisting you if you allow it.
This process can be alchemical and can also be uncomfortable.
And that's okay.
Use your tools and take it step by step and breath by breath.
