My final step in setting up sacred space and getting into a good mindset for spiritual work is to play my singing bowl. One could listen to a recorded singing bowl or if they have their own singing bowl, Tuning forks, Drums and rattles, One can use them as well to pull one into a state of centered neutrality, To pull one into the heart space and into the presence of the work and the energies we are going into.
