Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in and gently let it go.

Right now,

Imagine a warm light at the center of your heart,

Soft pink,

Glowing gently.

With every breath,

This light expands,

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your whole body.

This is unconditional love.

Unconditional love you feel for yourself.

The unconditional love that holds you always.

Feel it pulsing through you.

Feel it rising.

Let it ripple outward to your breath,

To your body,

To everything around you.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are deeply,

Beautifully held.

Take one more deep breath in and let it out and gently return to the present moment.
