In this practice, you will learn a science-based method for manifestation. By visualizing a goal you wish to achieve and pairing this with a positive emotion, your subconscious will begin to seek out opportunities to make this real. This practice can be done every day in service of a specific goal.

Take a few moments to find a comfortable position.

You can do this practice sitting up or lying down.

Take a moment to bring your attention to the present moment.

Let go of anything that has been on your mind today and gently focus your attention on your breath.

Now,

Bring to mind an important goal you'd like to accomplish.

Choose a goal that feels achievable and something that would have a positive impact on your life.

It's best to start with smaller goals and gradually work your way up to bigger ones as you build confidence in yourself and in this practice.

Imagine yourself achieving this goal exactly as you would like to.

Stay open to different ways this goal could come to fruition.

For example,

If you have a financial goal,

There may be multiple pathways to achieve this,

Some of which you may not have considered yet.

Bring to mind the details of this goal happening in a way that feels real in the present moment.

Pay close attention to how this feels in the body.

Now that you have accomplished this goal,

Enjoy the deep satisfaction that comes with this achievement.

Feel how this sense of success radiates through your entire body.

Continue to stay with this feeling in whatever way makes it feel as if it has already happened.

Now,

Visualize the details of this scene.

How has your life changed now that you have accomplished this goal?

What new opportunities have opened up because of this?

How has this goal positively impacted your life,

Your profession,

And your relationships?

Really imagine all of these details as best as you can.

If at any point you notice any parts of yourself that feel resistant to this experience,

Take a moment to acknowledge them.

If this is a persistent issue,

You may wish to pause the recording and write these thoughts down so you can address them later.

For now,

Simply notice any doubts or hesitations or any way that you're resisting feeling this without judgment and then gently return to the feeling of having accomplished your goal.

Take another minute to really savor this experience.

Stay with the feeling and visualize all the details until it feels completely real.

The more vividly you engage in this experience,

The more your subconscious will work to find ways to make it happen.

The more enjoyable this practice feels,

The deeper of an imprint it will leave on your mind and your nervous system,

Fueling your subconscious to recognize opportunities for this goal to manifest.

Enjoy this experience as much as you possibly can.

Now,

Slowly bring this practice to a close.

You can return to this exercise as often as you'd like,

But after each session,

Try to let it go entirely rather than holding on too tightly.

This practice is most effective when repeated daily while also maintaining an openness to new opportunities as they arise in your life.
