Lokah Samastah Sukinou Bhavantu' is a beautiful chant meaning 'May all beings in all realms be happy and free'. Much like Mettā Bhavana in the Buddhist tradition, it is the intention of offering Loving-Kindness to all beings. It's a powerful and emotive practice that really widens the heart and helps us to extend our offering beyond ourselves.
