A life of gratitude is when you know that every being is a source of happiness, every challenge is fuel for success, and every moment is an opportunity for fulfillment. And when you do, you will be grateful to iSH for sparking existence, to the Universe for creating life, to nature for constructing humanity, to humanity for making you, and to yourself for being a creator of a better future for all. Readings from Purposehood Life of Gratitude Our fundamental desires for happiness,

Success and fulfilment come from our existential desire to evolve and expand exponentially.

When we evolve to a better version of ourselves,

We feel happy.

When we grow and expand into extensions of being,

We feel successful.

And when we invest our lifetime to create an exponential legacy with our positive impact,

We do feel fulfilled.

These fundamental desires are life's rewards for pursuing our existential purpose.

They are our by-products of living purposehood.

You ask,

What's the opposite of a life of gratitude?

My friend,

When a person is lost while pursuing their infinite basic desires,

Or moving intentionally in the direction of vacuum and destruction,

They will experience a life of rejection,

A rejection of nature's incentives of happiness,

Success and fulfilment.

The rejection of a human's purposehood to become a creator will inevitably lead to a life of stress,

Anxiety and regrets.

You ask,

How would a person express their gratitude to ish,

Existence,

The universe,

Nature,

Humanity and themselves?

You show your gratitude to a creator by being grateful for their creation.

Can you truly be grateful to an artist if their masterpiece is left neglected in your addict?

Gratitude is not thoughts you have nor words you say,

But a life of actions that makes existence better for all.

Gratitude is expressed with steps you take every day to become a better version of your current self.

With actions you take to unleash the potentiality of your family,

Co-workers and communities.

With a helping hand extended to all nature suffering from the damage humanity causes in its careless infancy.

And with an impact that inspires the exponential evolution and expansion ahead.

Your grateful thoughts and words need to be intentions of actions you plan to take in the future.

For example,

When you look outside your window and you feel grateful for such a beautiful day,

Filled with sunshine and tweeting birds.

You need to reflect on your own actions and those of your extensions.

Think about whether they have contributed to keeping Earth as beautiful as it was before humanity came on the scene.

And if your actions are making life beautiful for those birds.

If yes,

Then also be grateful to yourself and all who contributed to beautiful nature.

And if not,

Then make intentions to contribute and inspire others to do so.

Gratitude is a way of life where every action contributes to your purposehood,

As well as that of humanity and nature.

A life of purposehood will automatically be a life of gratitude.

You ask,

How do I know if I'm living a grateful life?

My dear friend,

The existential reward for living your purposehood is a grateful life filled with happiness,

Success and fulfillment.

The punishment is a life of rejection.

When a person rejects their purposehood,

They live an ungrateful life.

The existential punishment is a life of stress,

Anxiety and regrets.

Which reward or punishment are you feeling now?

And do you know the true meaning of happiness,

Success and fulfillment?

I breathe in gratitude.

I breathe out ease.
