You can begin by placing one hand on the heart and one hand on the belly,

A gentle tuck of the chin,

And a nice deep breath.

Repeat these affirmations and allow your emotions to become alive as you feel the potency of these words.

When I close my eyes,

I feel what home is.

The more I connect to the feeling of home within myself,
