In this short meditation, you'll find affirmations designed to increase your self-love. Welcome.

This is Sarah with Become Zen Yoga.

In this meditation,

We explore self-love affirmation.

Throughout our lives,

We may have absorbed messages that we were not lovable and possibly have turned those messages inward.

The relationship with ourselves will last our entire lifetime and is the most important relationship we will ever have.

When we love ourselves,

We can set healthy boundaries and make healthy choices for ourselves.

Each affirmation will be repeated three times.

You can say them silently to yourself or out loud.

Without judgment,

Notice any thoughts or feelings of doubt that come up when you repeat each affirmation.

You may want to revisit them later and journal on them more deeply.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Resting your hands on your lap.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Take several deep cleansing breaths,

Deep inhales and deep exhales.

Allow a sense of peace and stillness to wash over your body.

Now allow your breath to flow normally and calmly.

I love my body and all it does for me.

I have beautiful qualities to offer this world.

Place a hand over your heart.

Take a moment to feel your body fill up with love and warmth.

Allow it to fill your entire being from head to toe and be absorbed into every cell.

Bask in this love and warmth.

Now wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a gentle hug and say,

I love you.

Bringing yourself back to the here and now.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
