This is Sarah with Become Zen Yoga.
In this meditation,
We explore affirmations to honor the divine feminine within.
We embody the feminine by just being.
Meditation is the perfect way to invite this energy by sitting in silence.
Find a comfortable seated position and rest your hands on your lap.
Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Begin to deepen your inhales and exhales.
Allow a sense of calm and stillness to wash over your body.
Feel the ground beneath you and begin to connect with Mother Earth.
Now allow your breath to flow normally.
Repeat each affirmation silently to yourself.
Without judgment,
Notice any thoughts,
Feelings,
Or emotions that come up when saying an affirmation and perhaps journal on them later.
I am the grounding nature of Earth.
I honor the cycles inside of me and the cycles that surround me.
I honor the practice of giving and receiving.
I allow myself to be delicate and rest when the time is right.
I see the beauty in my surroundings and in myself.
I honor my divine feminine being.
Place a hand over your heart and take a moment to offer gratitude for these moments of rest.
