Bringing beauty where there is suffering.

The rain comes to nurture you,
Soften and heal.
In your experience you may notice thoughts,
Images,
Words,
Sounds.
Allow and hear the song of the rain.
It is in the song of the rain that you can release,
Renew and become the home of who you are.
Allow any painful thoughts,
Emotions or experiences to be brought gently to the surface.
Here in this place of water,
Of the coming,
Of now,
You are held.
Letting go of tension,
Disease or discomfort and finding the rhythm of the rain song.
Letting go of fear,
Distrust,
Disharmony and nourishing with the sound of the rain song.
All is renewed and all is welcome.
