
Intuition Meditation
A beautiful meditation to help you answer any questions you may be struggling with. Helps to have a pen and paper handy to pose the question before you begin.
Transcript
Before we begin today's meditation,
Take a moment to write down a question that you would really like the answer to.
Pose the question clearly.
You can ask that the question be answered during your meditation or simply for signs which will guide you when the time is right.
Now you have a clear question.
Take time to just think it over and then let go.
Let your mind begin to relax.
As you get yourself comfortable in a seated or lying down position.
And now take in a nice deep cleansing breath.
And as you exhale let it out with a sigh.
Now take a few more deep breaths and let your body and mind begin to settle into a meditative space.
Allow yourself to go within.
Focus in on your breath.
As your body starts to settle and calm down.
You can use this time to give your body permission to just begin to relax.
You may want to bring attention to your toes and your feet.
Maybe imagine that your muscles are just melting,
Softening.
Let your feet begin to completely relax.
Now work your way up through your calves.
Just allowing them to soften and melt.
Up to your knees and your thighs.
Releasing any tension as it just melts away.
Each in breath brings you peace.
And each out breath releases tension.
It's safe to completely relax.
You can allow your hips to soften and relax.
As you gently let go of holding on to anything in your stomach.
And you allow the muscles in your back to just soften and melt away.
As you take that feeling into your shoulders.
Releasing any tension.
Travelling down your arms.
Just letting go and relaxing.
Travelling up into your neck.
Into your jaw.
Just releasing any tension.
And gently letting go.
Allow that wonderful relaxing feeling to travel up into your head.
Allowing your forehead to become smooth and relaxed.
Releasing and letting go.
Now gently bring your focus to your third eye chakra in the centre of your forehead.
Just centred just above your eyebrows.
I want you to imagine that there's a dark indigo blue door here.
Right in the centre of your forehead.
Using your imagination just allow yourself to open the door.
And step into the centre of your mind.
The door remains open and the light coming in is just enough for you to see clearly the bustling activity of your mind.
As you look around you should see your thoughts,
Emotions,
Your perceptions,
Rationalisations,
Conflicts,
Issues,
Life experiences.
All swimming around your mind.
And as you notice this busyness a white ball of radiating healing light appears from the palms of your hands.
And as you lift up this healing light its brightness floods the space of your mind.
The healing light radiates so brightly that it brings a healing calm,
A cleansing of peace.
All those things that were swimming around in your mind are calmed and lay out on the floor.
As you see them lay out there you allow them to just drift out through the open door.
Allowing thoughts and feelings to go.
Perceptions and experiences to just calmly flow out through the door in your mind.
Any issues of life or calmly flowing out of the door.
Just gently led away by this healing radiant light.
Your mind is free,
Peaceful and you can think crystal clear.
You can see yourself clearly and wholly.
And with each breath you deepen your connection with your higher self and divine nature.
Take some time here to bask in the connection with the divine,
With all things.
Enjoy the peace and serenity of this moment.
As your mind continues in a blissful connection with the divine.
You can go ahead now and ask a question.
Without searching out the answer just rest and allow.
And having released your question and all expectation along with it.
You may already have an answer or a clear image or guidance that will help you with the question.
Or you may have just put the question out there and have some response within the next 24 hours.
Trust that the timing will be right.
So with gratitude allow yourself to turn and walk out of the door of your mind.
And as you step out you bring yourself back into your physical body.
As you bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.
You allow yourself to start to begin to become aware of your physical body by wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Feel the firmness of the chair or the bed beneath you.
You may want to slowly begin to stretch and know that whenever you're ready you can open your eyes and come back to the room.
And as you return to the room before you do anything else.
Write down any answers,
Imagery or senses that you may have picked up in your meditation.
