This meditation takes you into a deeply relaxed state to release everything that is no longer nourishing you. Repeating thoughts, digestive discomfort, physical discomfort and more are released and dissolved.

Hello,
This is Jane with Native Bundle.
This meditation is about resetting your body,
Mind,
And spirit using the sun,
The moon,
And the stars.
Find your comfortable position.
Take some time now to shift or move anything that doesn't feel quite right.
Feel safe and being fully relaxed during the meditation,
And when you hear these bells,
You will know that the meditation has ended.
This is your time,
And you are right where you are supposed to be.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths,
Allowing your body to relax with each exhale.
Bring your attention to the present moment.
Notice the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Feel the support of the ground beneath you and the weight of your body wherever you are lying down or in your seat.
Feel your chest expand as you fill your lungs and breathe out while you feel yourself relaxing.
As you breathe in,
Imagine you are inhaling calmness and peace.
As you breathe out,
Imagine you are exhaling any tension or worry.
Allow your breath to become slower and deeper,
Bringing a sense of ease and relaxation to your entire body.
Breathe in all the way to your toes and out to feel any tension gently being released into the earth.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly and feel your body settling into this place where you are.
Inhale,
Hold at the top,
And exhale and feel your body and mind letting go as you are fully supported.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
Deeply and slowly.
As you begin to notice a gentle sway of your whole body,
You realize you are floating on the gentle waters of the ocean.
The water is calm and it is the perfect temperature as it cradles you.
You are fully supported and feel very relaxed.
You can see the sun's rays shining out above and you can feel the life-giving warmth of the sun on your face and your entire body.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly as you are gently cradled in the waters.
Take a deep breath of that golden warmth from the sun and feel it go through your nose and completely fill your entire head and your mind.
And exhale any blocks,
Repeating thoughts,
Or anything that is not supporting and nourishing you.
Breathe in again all the way to the top of your head and feel everything that you do not want being pushed out of your mind.
There is simply no room for it.
Each inhale fills you with a blissful,
Warm,
Golden sunlight and each exhale gently pushes out more and more of what is no longer needed.
Continue breathing deeply and exhale out anything that no longer serves you,
Leaving only peace and calmness.
Now breathe that sunlight into your neck and shoulders where we can hold so much tension.
Feel the warm light filling you up and with each exhale feel a gentle release of tightness and tension.
Breathe in and let it all go.
Breathe all the way down your arms and exhale as they feel fully relaxed and supported.
Breathe in and then let it all go.
Breathe deeply into your chest and feel it expand as you hold this nourishing sunlight in for a few seconds and then exhale anything and everything that is not pure love and comfort.
Breathe in to your beautiful heart and out as you release.
Breathe in and let it all go.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
With your next inhale feel your belly rise with the nourishing golden light and then feel any tightness or unsettledness leave as you exhale all that needs to go.
Inhale deeply and feel any discomfort gently flow out of your belly and into the gentle waters around you.
Each inhale soothes your digestive system and each exhale relaxes it further.
Breathe in and then let it all go.
Take a deep breath and feel the warm light travel down your back as it eases any tension or tightness along the way.
Each vertebrae is bathed in this warm golden light and as you exhale all discomfort gently melts away.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly as each inhale expands your spine and each exhale pushes out tightness and tension from your upper back,
Your middle back and all the way down to your lower back.
Breathe in and then let it all go.
Breathe into your hips and imagine the warmth filling this area.
Breathe out all tightness or discomfort.
Inhale into your hips and feel any stored emotions in that area melt away.
Each exhale completely removes what is no longer nourishing you.
Breathe into your hips and exhale into complete relaxation and comfort.
Breathe in and then let it all go.
Breathe in the golden light of the sun to your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves and all the way down to the tips of your toes and then exhale all tightness or discomfort.
Breathe the healing light in through the thighs,
The knees,
The calves and all the way down to your toes and then exhale completely.
Breathe in and then let it all go.
Your body is completely relaxed.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
If you have noticed any other discomfort or worry that you would like to give to the sun to dissolve for you,
Think of that now.
Any tensions,
Conflicts,
Worries or concerns,
The sun is ready to receive them now.
Place them in a bubble in your mind and send them up that golden ray all the way up into the sun.
It may be one bubble or many.
As you think of things you no longer want to hold,
Place them in a bubble and watch them being taken up the golden rays into the fire of the sun.
One by one they are received into the solar fire and completely dissolved.
If there is one last thing that comes to mind,
Place that in another bubble now and send it on its way.
All of the bubbles and everything inside them have now been completely dissolved by the sun.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
In your mind's eye,
See a golden glow all around you as all of the spaces that were just cleared are now filled with the nourishing light of the sun.
You are now freer and lighter.
Keep breathing and gently rocking into the warm embrace of the ocean waters.
As you are floating here,
You begin to see the sun dipping beneath the water's edge.
You send your love and gratitude to the beautiful sun.
The water is still the perfect temperature as you continue to gently rock and feel fully supported and comfortable.
The moon slowly comes into full view as it is now her time to shine.
As you look around,
You see the stars have filled the beautiful sky above.
They are twinkling and seeming to smile at you.
A shooting star appears and you make a wish as you watch its trail.
This wish can be small or big.
It can be anything that you would like it to be.
The moonlight fills you with the peace of a long night's rest.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly as every inch of your body feels completely relaxed.
You can feel the gentle pull of the moon and you notice your body being fully supported as you are gently lifted towards the twinkling stars.
You feel very comfortable and safe as you slowly ascend.
The stars are getting closer and closer until you could even reach out and touch one.
And you do.
And then another.
The stars feel magical.
They dance and sparkle all around you.
You can feel their love radiating through your body as they create a soft twinkling bubble all around you.
This bubble feels safe and comforting as beautiful colors swirl inside as they gently gather up anything you have released and everything that is no longer useful to you.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly.
If there is anything else that needs to be cleared away,
Thoughts,
Worries,
Discomfort or tension,
Blow it into the bubble and it will be swirled away from you.
Do this as many times as you feel it's needed.
When you are finished,
You feel yourself sliding gently out of the bubble as it slowly drifts away carrying all of that old energy.
You watch it disappear into the night as you feel the moon filling you up with love and moonlight blessings.
You feel a sense of peace and of being exactly where you are supposed to be as you notice the gentle rocking of the ocean waters as they surround and support you once again.
You look up and thank the moon and the stars above for their love and care and you also thank them for granting you a wish upon that shooting star.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly as you now feel a sense of deep peace and satisfaction,
Softly rocking and floating in the warm waters.
You now notice the golden rays stream out from the horizon as the sun begins to rise again as it is reborn for another day of sharing its warm golden rays and shining life-giving nourishment to everything on earth.
And like the sun,
The moon and the stars,
You have now been reset and renewed and are ready to spread your love and care to yourself and those in your world.
You are now refilled with the healing golden rays of the sun,
The nourishing moonlight and the twinkling magic light of the stars.
Their daily rebirth and renewal are a reminder that they are always there to renew and refresh you whenever you need them.
As we come to the end of our meditation,
Take a few moments to reflect on how you're feeling.
Notice any changes in your body,
Mind or emotions.
Know that you can carry this sense of calm and peace with you throughout the day.
When you are ready,
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Take some breaths and gently open your eyes.
And take a moment before you get back to your busy life to simply thank yourself for taking this time for self-care and relaxation.
