Welcome to the clarity chair to help you get the clarity you seek.

You may want to have something to write on for anything you want to remember from this clarity meditation.

Find yourself in a place where you will not be disturbed,

Where you're comfortable,

Either sitting up with your back supported or lying flat on your back.

Feel safe and being relaxed during the meditation and when you hear this bell,

Know that the meditation has ended.

This is your time.

You are right where you're supposed to be.

Let's begin.

Take some deep breaths.

Long in and long out.

This is your time.

You are right where you are supposed to be.

Breathe deeply.

Feel your body sinking into the ground.

Breathe in slowly and out just as slowly,

Melting a bit more with every out breath.

Make any adjustments so that you can be even more comfortable.

Focus on your body and breathe into any tension or tightness.

Feel or see in your mind's eye the air of your breath go to any area of tension and fill it up with fresh clean air.

Maybe even swirl around a bit.

As you breathe out,

Feel all tightness release.

Breathe deeply into your neck and shoulders and exhale to feel any knots or tension melt away.

Breathe into your heart and feel your chest open as it fills and then exhale and feel the release.

Breathe into your belly and push it out as it fills with light and air and feel it settle and release with your out breath.

Breathe into your hips and then release as they sink deeper into your cushion.

Breathe into your legs and all the way down to your toes and feel the air of the breath swirl around breaking up any tightness or stuckness and feel the gentle release with the out breath.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly and naturally come back into your normal breathing rhythm.

As you open your mind's eye or your imagination you see a path into a beautiful forest.

As you take each step into the trees you feel the sweet freshness and feel as if each tree is smiling at you and welcoming you into their warm safe and supportive home.

As you continue on your path you hear an owl and you know that she is watching over you protecting you on your journey.

You feel the peace and joy of the forest with each step.

You smile at the rabbit that hops across the path ahead.

You feel light and comforted with every step.

The sun is warm and bright and its golden rays make the beautiful colors of the forest sparkle and dance.

The path leads you to the edge of the forest and you can see a meadow filled with flowers spreading out before you.

On your right you notice a velvet chair of your favorite color and on the table next to it you see a medium-sized box with an open lid.

As you sit down into the deep cushions of this comfortable chair you begin to think of what you need clarity on.

If nothing comes to mind ask for what you most need at this moment.

Once you have this imagine what might be blocking your clarity and place it in a bubble.

Even if you cannot think of anything specific imagine that any blocks known or unknown are being placed into that box on the table.
