Welcome to the Beyond Affirmations.

What your body wants to hear,

Support your Midback recording.

To get the very best results from this recording,

Please suspend your disbelief for a little while.

Ignore that insistent voice that says,

These words are not true.

This is not how my body really is.

It takes time and repetition to change habits and beliefs which are rooted in the subconscious mind.

So be patient with yourself.

The best time to reach and reprogram the subconscious is when you meditate,

Daydream or are deeply relaxed.

Listening to this recording whilst meditating,

Relaxing or dozing off to sleep will enhance its effectiveness.

Please remember to repeat the word yes to yourself over and over again until I make the next statement.

With every breath I take,

I am sending love and gratitude to every single cell in my body.

I release any confusion I have stored in my back.

I clear any family issues I have stored in my back.

I release any energy or emotion that doesn't belong to me.

I clear all the ways I want to back out of this.

I release any and all relationship issues I have stored in my back.

I release all responsibilities that are not mine.

I release the belief that I have a bad back.

I now recognise my back is doing the very best it can to support me.

I release overload.

I release all that stuff back there.

Why do I feel so free now?

I am free from doubt and anxiety.

Why do I feel so safe?

Why am I so secure?

Why am I worthy?

Why do I deserve the best?

Why is my self-esteem soaring now?

Why do I no longer carry so much responsibility?

Why is my self-confidence at an all-time high?

I am loved.

I am always supported.

My spine and vertebrae support me strongly.

My ligaments and muscles hold me securely.

I lovingly allow love,

Joy and good health to flow through my mind and body.

My back is strong and healthy.

My spine supports me easily and effortlessly.

I am safe and loved and totally supported.

I walk my path with purpose and focus.

I am no longer carrying all that stuck stuff.

I am free to move on in my life.

I find it easy to stand up for myself now.

I can always count on having the support I need.

My energy levels are fabulous.

All my relationships are flourishing now.

I am thriving.

I am healthy.

It was easy to leave all that heavy old stuff behind.

I move forward with joy and confidence now.

I am completely supported.

I am a master manifestor.

I create my reality and health with ease and joy.

I enjoy boundless abundance.

I love this new feeling of flexible freedom.

I am free.

My mind and body are in perfect balance.

I love this I have been having excruciating mid back pain. And after listening to this i realized I carry the weight of others and their problems on my back. This was a truly freeing realization. Weather it fixes my pain is yet to be seen but I will continue this meditation. Thank you

Excellent practice! I was particularly grateful for the inclusion of the tendons, ligaments, joints, and vertebrae with the affirmation of being held securely. I have a connection time tissue condition with laxity in the tendons and ligaments throughout my body, so I am always striving to maintain proper body position through strengthening, bracing, resting, and exercise as I can. This practice ticked every checkbox for me, and I am adding it to multiple personal Playlists so I have easy access any time.
