The practice of going for refuge is a Buddhist practice, which means finding within a way to protect ourselves from danger or/and safe guarding what is most valuable within us. Nowadays, living in such a demanding world and facing so many different stimulus, we tend to disconnect from our authentic self and from what is most beautiful within us, compromising our ability to respond skillfully to the world around us and within us. This meditation allows us to reconnect to our true power. By connecting to your refuge, you eventually find your freedom.
