Settle into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently and allow your breath to soften.

Take a slow inhale in through your nose and a long,

Quiet exhale out through your mouth.

Let yourself arrive.

Let the world fall away.

This is your time.

Place one hand on your lower abdomen,

The lower belly,

Your centre of grounding and energetic stability.

Feel your breath move beneath your hand.

Inhale expanding gently,

Exhale softening and settling your energy.

This is where relationship healing begins.

Not with the other person but with your own centre.

Let your breath anchor you deeper into your body,

Your chi,

Your energy,

Your truth.

Place your other hand over your heart.

Notice how it feels today.

Open,

Tight,

Heavy,

Warm,

Guarded.

There is no wrong way for your heart to be.

Just bring awareness.

As you breathe,

Imagine soft light gathering in your heart space,

A gentle glow that grows warmer with each inhale.

This is compassion.

This is the energy that heals.

Let your heart soften.

Let your chest expand.

Let the protective layers loosen just a little.

You are safe in this moment.

You are held.

Now gently bring to mind the person you wish to heal with,

Someone you feel tension with,

Someone you care about,

Someone whose energy you want to understand more clearly.

Imagine them standing or sitting a few feet in front of you,

Not too close,

Not too far,

A comfortable safe distance.

You are not merging with them,

You are simply observing their presence.

Notice how your body responds,

Tension,

Warmth,

Sadness,

Anger,

Love,

Confusion.

Whatever arises is welcome.

Whatever you feel is information,

Not a problem,

Just energy.

Notice where emotional energy sits in your body.

It may be in your chest,

Your throat,

Your stomach,

Your back,

Wherever it lives,

Place your awareness gently there.

Inhale,

Soften that space,

Exhale,

Release the weight,

The heaviness,

The contraction.

Imagine stagnant energy melting,

Untying,

Loosening its grip.

You don't have to force anything.

Your body already knows how to let go when you give it permission.

As you breathe,

Set softly in your mind,

I release the tension I've been holding in my body.

I free myself from this emotional weight.

I let my energy flow again.

Feel space opening inside you.

Feel your energy becoming lighter.

Now bring your awareness back to the image of this person.

Imagine looking at them not through the mind but through the heart.

See not what they did or what they didn't do but the human being standing there with their own fears,

Wants,

Hopes and imperfections.

You don't have to agree with them.

You don't have to forget.

You simply see them with clarity and compassion.

Say silently,

You are human just like me.

You feel hurt,

Hope and struggle.

I see your humanity.

Feel how your heart expands when you allow compassion to enter.

Compassion is not weakness.

It is freedom.

Imagine now that there is an energetic cord connecting your heart to theirs.

This cord represents old emotions,

Misunderstandings,

Attachments and cycles you are ready to release.

Place your hands over your heart.

With a gentle inhale,

Gather your power.

With soft exhale,

Imagine dissolving the old cord.

Not cutting it,

Not breaking it but returning it to light.

You are not disconnecting from love.

You are freeing both hearts from the weight of the past.

Say silently,

I release what no longer serves us.

I free myself and I free you.

May our energies return to harmony.

Feel the lightness,

The spaciousness,

The peace that follows.

Bring all your awareness back to your own body.

Feel your energy returning to you.

Your power,

Your clarity,

Your emotional freedom.

Inhale gather your energy.

Exhale,

Anchor it into your lower abdomen.

Imagine your whole energetic field smoothing,

Brightening,

Flowing again.

You are whole.

You are sovereign.

You are free.

Place both hands over your heart.

Repeat silently,

I choose peace.

I choose flow.
