With your eyes closed,
Bring awareness to your breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of the chest.
The rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
Use your breath to release any tension in your body.
Take a natural breath in and on the exhale,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften your shoulders and allow your breath to travel down and out through your feet.
Take a few more natural breaths,
Each time lengthening the exhale a little further.
