Welcome.
Take a few moments to relax,
To settle into your seat or the ground.
Just land here.
Breathe in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose,
Watch that breath swirl around all the way down to your pelvic bowl.
Exhale fully.
Just let the outside world spin without us for a moment.
Feel the connection to your chair or the ground and just let gravity take hold.
Just release.
This is your time.
So imagine with every inhale,
You can hear the sound of waves crashing onto the shore.
Every exhale,
Watch those waves go back out to the ocean.
Exhale,
Watch them come in.
Exhale,
Watch them go back out.
Inhaling,
Watching those waves come up onto the shore.
Exhaling just watching them come out.
Just breathe here with the natural rhythm of the ocean.
Feel the warm sand of the beach up against your skin.
Feel the way the sand conforms around your body.
Whatever surface of your body is touching the ground,
Imagine roots going down into the earth,
Deeper and deeper,
Around rocks,
Into the cool earth,
Going deeper and deeper.
There's nothing for you to do here but just observe.
Now allow your roots to just open up,
Drinking in all of that earth energy.
Let that energy come up your roots all the way up,
Up,
All the way into your body.
Feel that earth energy circulating around your entire body,
Letting it condense in any area that might need a little extra love.
Just let it swirl.
And now we're going to allow that energy to condense right in your central channel,
Which is a column of energy that goes right from the top of your head all the way down to your perineum,
Right in the center of your body.
Just watch all of that energy just condensing right in your central channel.
Just does it all by itself.
All you have to do is notice.
Just see that whole area of your central channel just become full of light,
Bringing your attention right to the center of your body,
Allowing that energy of the earth to connect you and ground you,
Healing all the way down to a cellular level.
As you go through your day,
You can always come back to your central channel.
Whenever you need centering or grounding,
It's here for you.
All you have to do is just notice.
So now start to notice your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling just like the waves of the ocean.
Coming up onto the shore and going back out again.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Exhaling gratitude to the rhythm of the ocean,
The energy of the earth and to yourself for committing to doing this meditation.
Your next breath,
Just come back to the room that you're in.
This next breath,
Come back to your body.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
