Transcript
Find a comfortable space,
You can absolutely lie down.
Slowly begin to ground into your meditative practice,
Into your meditative posture.
You can focus on your breath,
Slowing your breath down.
Focus on the inhale,
And then the exhale of the breath.
Settling the mind,
Allowing the thoughts and the energies of today slowly settle down.
Integrating all the aspects of your day,
All the aspects of your being into a single-pointed focus.
Allowing for this present moment,
Allowing for this space to be sacred,
To be good enough,
And peaceful.
As your whole body relaxes,
As your neck relaxes,
And your shoulders relax,
As your face relaxes,
And the whole body melts into a state of pure relaxation.
We let go of the past and the future.
We let go of what's right and what's wrong.
We let go of judgment of good and bad.
Noticing that those are natural states of consciousness,
And something that we can also just observe.
Something that we can be non-attached to.
As you take a deep breath into your being,
Focus on your third eye point,
And gently tap the space in between your eyebrows.
In between your eyebrows to activate the third eye point.
Acknowledging to your higher self that we are going to activate our visioning capacities,
And we are going to begin to see without eyes.
We are going to begin to hear without ears.
You can relax into your seat as we begin this wonderful journey.
The day has come.
You have arrived.
Outside of your door,
A vehicle pulls up.
A driver has come to pick you up.
A beautiful black limousine type of vehicle is parked outside your door.
A nice man,
The driver,
Opens the door and invites you in.
You quickly gather your things.
You know this man has come for a special reason,
And now is your time to go on a very special journey.
As you gather your things,
You look outside the window.
You see your current environment.
You look around your current home,
And you acknowledge where you're at now.
You pick up and walk out the door.
You say hello to the man.
You walk towards the car,
Open the car door,
And sit inside the back seat as the car begins to take off.
You look outside the window,
And you see your neighborhood passing by.
You're driving.
You're driving towards the airport.
You see your town,
Your city,
Passing you by.
You get to the airport.
The driver pulls up to the curb,
Gets out of the door,
Comes around,
Opens the door for you so graciously and so kind.
You exit the car.
You say goodbye and thank you to the nice man.
You walk into the airport,
Through the doors,
Into the lobby,
And there's a greeter there.
We've been waiting for you.
The greeter hands you a first class ticket.
You get to skip the lines today.
You walk easily through security.
You walk through the gate to your plane.
They're waiting for you,
And as you walk onto the plane,
There's a first class ticket.
You get one of the front row seats.
You sit down.
They bring you a nice beverage,
And you sit on this plane,
Totally relaxed,
Looking out the window.
Reflecting on your life today.
The plane takes off.
It lifts off above the clouds,
And you see the heavens.
You see what life looks like above the clouds.
The sun is always shining.
The clouds go on and on,
And as you look outside of the window of this plane,
You realize that you're going into the future.
One year into the future.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.
Ten years into the future of your life.
The plane lands smoothly at the airport.
You're one of the first to exit out of the plane.
You walk into the airport.
There's someone waiting for you,
With your name on a sign.
They've been waiting for you this whole time.
They escort you to the car,
Another beautiful vehicle.
First class.
The driver is kind,
Inviting.
Genuinely happy to see you.
You get in the car and you drive,
Looking out the window,
Observing what your future life.
You drive through your future neighborhood.
You drive up to your future house.
The driver pulls into the driveway and parks the car.
Gets out of the car and walks around to open the door for you,
With a big smile on their face.
Welcome home.
You say thank you.
Walk out of the house.
Walk out of the car towards the house.
You get to see this beautiful space.
This beautiful home.
Ten years from now.
You see who's waiting for you at the front door.
Perhaps it's multiple people.
Perhaps there's even a being wagging its tail.
Happy to see that you've arrived.
You greet those beings at the front door.
Give them a squeeze,
A kiss,
A hug,
And feel.
Feel what it feels like to receive their love.
Their acceptance.
Their excitement that you're home once again.
And you walk into your home and you notice the furniture.
What the living room looks like.
The pictures on the walls.
The faces of the beings in the pictures on the walls.
The artwork.
The light as it comes in through the windows.
You notice all the details of this beautiful,
Magnificent temple of love that you created.
This nurturing,
Cocooned space that you get to go to and energize yourself in and relax in.
You walk through each one of the rooms.
And then you walk into your home office.
Your sanctuary.
Your special place.
The place that fully activates your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
The space that you designed specifically to bring you the best energy.
And you notice the design,
The decor,
The details,
The texture of the floor.
The paint color on the walls.
Maybe there's crystals and plants.
Maybe there's a water feature.
Maybe there are particular faces on these countertops.
You know what your space looks like.
And you love it.
You go to your desk.
And you see what type of papers are on your desk.
What type of emails are on your inbox.
What type of humans you communicate with.
What is on your whiteboard.
What is on your to-do list ten years from now.
After having achieved so much.
Who do you get to thank?
Who do you get to play with?
Who do you create with?
Notice the spirit of all the beings that have supported you in this journey.
Represented in that space.
Things have really changed.
You've created so much space for you.
To be the real,
Happy,
Excited,
Enthusiastic,
Thrilled you.
To do what you love.
What fills your body with bliss.
And keeps a smile painted on your face.
It's been a long time coming.
And you have arrived.
There's an invitation on the desk.
And you realize that tonight is the night.
You've been invited to a very special celebration.
You decide to get dressed in one of your most exquisite outfits.
Those in the house with you are also getting dressed in their most regal,
Beautiful,
And exquisite outfits.
You go to the closet.
You pick out just the right outfit.
That have just the right shoes that match that outfit.
You go into the bathroom and try it on and look at yourself in the mirror.
And see how stunning you look.
You grab those accessories you love so much.
That you deserve to wear and own because you saved up for that.
You put those beautiful accessories on.
You put the shoes on.
The special perfumes and colognes.
All the final touches that really make you feel.
.
.
Special.
Beautiful.
And you head towards the front door.
With your family members around you.
You head out of the house.
Invitation in hand.
You all get into the car.
The driver greets you.
Happy and excited to take you to.
.
.
A very special venue.
A beautiful venue.
A huge concert hall of sorts.
As you pull up to this building.
.
.
They've saved you a parking spot right in the front.
They knew you were coming.
You park the car and walk outside.
Walk to the front doors of this great hall.
And as you open the doors and walk inside.
.
.
You see hundreds of beautiful people.
Dressed in tuxedos and dresses.
And they all look at you and smile.
You walk through the hallways greeting people.
Hugging people.
Shaking hands.
Saying hello to your colleagues.
To your clients.
To your friends.
To your peers.
To your fans.
Co-workers.
Fellows in your industry.
They've all shown up today to celebrate you.
That's right.
This day,
This celebration is for your greatest accomplishment.
You're being recognized for your work.
You're being recognized for your life's work tonight.
It's thrilling and overwhelming.
You can see the emotions behind the people's eyes.
As they grab you and they celebrate you and they hold you.
And you just need to get to your table with your family.
It's just been too much.
You finally get to your table at the front.
Sit down.
Settle in.
And the master of ceremonies comes on stage.
They greet the crowd with a joke and a smile.
They share a story.
A meaningful story.
That speaks to the work that you do and the impact that you make in the world.
They share a story about how they met you and were inspired.
And touched.
And how much of an honor it is to be here tonight.
Surrounded by so many beautiful people to acknowledge the life work of you.
Without further ado,
They call you forward to the stage.
And there's a standing ovation.
An outpouring of praise and celebration.
You get up from your seat alone.
You walk towards the stairs.
You walk up the stairs,
Onto the stage.
You grab the podium.
You look at the faces of everyone in the room.
So many humans that have been a part of your journey.
So many people that have supported you along the way.
So many people to give thanks to.
And you just take that in for a moment before speaking.
Before saying anything,
You just breathe in the energy of all these eyes and all these souls looking at you when the room gets silent.
You take a deep breath in.
And you start to give your speech.
And the speech comes from your heart.
And you say everything that you've always wanted to say to these people,
To humanity,
And to life itself.
You share your message in a vulnerable way.
You thank everyone who has supported you.
And you celebrate.
You revel in it and everyone screams at how happy they are to see you accept this acknowledgement,
Accept this award,
Accept this moment of praise and being seen for who you truly are.
You walk off stage.
You walk down into the crowd.
You hug your closest family members.
You hug the people that you love.
You allow yourself to feel loved and held and seen.
And as you feel all of that love and you receive all of that,
You realize,
Wow,
I did it.
My work is done.
There's more to do,
As always,
But my work,
My mission has been accomplished.
And you settle into that reality,
Into that feeling.
After all of these years and all of this work,
You settle into knowing that you made your mark.
The celebration begins to wind down.
People start thanking you and saying goodbye and leaving,
Shaking your hand.
And you realize that it's time to come back.
You can see the driver at the door with that loving look on his face,
Knowing that it's time for you and him to go back on a journey.
And so you walk,
Saying goodbye to your friends and family and loved ones towards the door.
And you exit this big concert hall.
You greet the driver with a respectful nod,
With gratitude in your heart.
You get back into the car.
You sit in the backseat.
The driver enters the car and begins to drive you towards the airport.
And as you look out the window,
You feel in the seat next to you that there's a letter.
It's the letter you wrote to yourself.
It's your congratulations letter.
Your acknowledgement letter.
And as you sit in the car driving towards the airport,
You decide ten years later to open that old letter.
And to read the words that you wrote to yourself ten years ago.
And as you read through the acknowledgement of all the challenges that you went through,
And you read through the pride and proud of you moments,
And you read through the loving words,
Tears begin to bubble up in your eyes and stream down your face.
There's a magic that can't be described in this moment.
In realizing that your future self loved you so much.
And knew that you were going to be here.
And was kind enough to write you this letter.
From the f**k.
As you take that in.
You arrive to the airport.
The driver exits the car and comes around to open the door.
Greets you and says goodbye.
You walk into the airport.
There's a greeter there waiting for you.
Your tickets are ready,
First class.
You easily walk through security.
Walk onto the plane and there's a front row seat waiting for you.
You sit back onto the seat.
Look out the window.
Thinking about this beautiful home.
The beautiful beings in the home.
The award show celebration.
All of the people who came out to celebrate you.
Your speech.
And most importantly,
The letter that you wrote yourself.
Kept with you all this time.
The plane takes off and you fly above the clouds,
Seeing the heavens.
The sun that's always shining.
Seeing the infinite,
Expansive view of the clouds.
And you come back.
Back in time.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
You arrive into the present moment as the plane lands.
You exit the plane and exit the airport.
And the same driver is waiting for you.
Black limousine.
You hop into the car.
Looking out the window at your current reality.
At your present neighborhood.
Your present circumstances.
And the driver brings you back.
You arrive to where your current is.
Exit the car.
He gives you one last nod.
You walk back into the space that you're in right now.
And you settle right back into the present moment.
Welcomer.
