Find a comfortable seated position,
Straight spine.
Slightly lift the chest up towards the sky as you relax the shoulders down.
Slightly tuck the chin as you lift the crown of the head and elongate the spine.
Hold a regal position,
A position of honor and grace as though you are about to meet a very special guest,
A guest of honor.
And before we begin,
I would like to invite you to connect down to the earth,
To the mother.
See a line of energy drip down your spine through your tailbone and connect you into the earth,
Down into the core of the earth,
And to connect you with the great wisdom of mother earth.
At the same time,
Coming up the back of the neck,
Up through the crown of the head,
Shoot a light through your body,
Connecting to father sky,
Connecting to the cosmos,
Connecting to the stars,
And the origin of where we come from,
The source of creation.
And as you connect down into the depths of mother earth and up into the heights of the cosmos,
Father sky,
See how both of those energetic channels connect in the center of your chest,
Connect in your heart.
And the wisdom and light from both of these spheres,
Mostly both of these paradigms,
Fill your heart.
And as your heart is filling with the energy of creation,
We'll place a sphere around your body,
A bubble of safety and security and serenity and protection.
Inside of this bubble,
You are warm,
Light,
You are safe,
And will always be protected.
No one is allowed in this bubble.
This is your own private,
Sacred space.
I want to invite all of your guides,
Your angels,
Your ancestors,
All the benevolent beings that have been connected to your line and lineage to step closer to this sphere if they want to.
And to pay more attention to you right now.
To give their blessing for you in this moment,
As you embark on this journey.
And lastly,
I call in all of my guides,
All of my angels,
All of my ancestors,
And all of the benevolent beings that have been connected to my lineage to step forward and to connect from my heart to your heart,
And from our hearts to the Creator,
To God.
And we give all the responsibility over to the Creator.
That the Creator,
Creation,
Our higher power,
The source energy of all life,
Take responsibility for whatever is meant to transpire here in this space.
Whatever healing,

Whatever teaching,

Now that we have set the container,
I invite you to visualize your light body.
A holographic copy of yourself.
Visualize this light body moving out of your body into the space in front of you.
A spirit copy version of yourself.
And as this light body moves,
I want you to place it in front of a tree.
And it's not any tree.
This is a very special tree.
It is the tree of your life.
See the tree with its textures and many branches.
See how the branches lift up into the sky and carry the many leaves of your life experiences and memories.
Feel the roots as they go down into the earth.
Nourish the tree,
Nourish life.
Touch the tree if you can.
Connect to the tree.
I would like to invite you to climb the tree.
Climb the branches of these trees higher and higher and higher.
Until you get to the highest branch of this tree.
And as you reach the highest branch of this tree,
You see a tunnel of light.
If you look hard enough,
You will see a tunnel of light above this top branch.
And this tunnel of light sucks you up into the tunnel and brings you shooting up high into the sky.
And you begin to shoot through the atmosphere.
Surrounded by white light.
Going higher and higher and higher up into this tunnel until you reach a space.
This is your sacred space.
Notice what it looks like in this environment.
What it feels like in this cosmic space.
And what I want you to do is to call in a virtue.
What is a virtue that you need most right now?
It could be love.
Unconditional love.
Protection.
Wisdom.
Humor.
What is a virtue right now that would serve you the most?
What is a virtue that would be a medicine to you right now?
Call in the virtue.
And as you call in the virtue by speaking its name,
See the emergence of a figure.
A character.
A character who embodies this virtue.
And as this character approaches you,
Notice what he or she looks like.
Ask him or her her name or his name.
Ask this character if they have a message for you.
And listen.
What is it that this archetype wants to share with you?
Ask a question.
Any question that is on your heart.
Any question that you need guidance or wisdom or support in.
This is one of your inner guides.
Ask this guide any question you want.
How do I get through this situation?
What's the best move moving forward?
How can I love myself more?
And listen.
Take advantage of this moment to connect to your inner guide.
To hear their voice and their tone.
To hear the way they string together stories and sentences.
Jokes,
Poems,
Song.
Notice how he or she moves,
Looks,
Glances and smiles.
Notice the details.
What is the message of this guide?
And the guide is now ready to give you a token.
To give you a gift.
You outstretch your hand and you are given a gift.
A symbol.
A token that represents this message.
That represents this virtue.
That represents this connection to this guide.
Do your absolute best to connect with this being.
Notice the token and invite the guide to come down with you down to the tree.
You and the guide slide down a beautiful slide.
Whisking away all the way down.
Until you get to the branches and you work your way all the way back down to the tree.
Ask your guide from which direction they come.
And this guide will tell you if he or she comes from the north,
The south,
The east.
Or the west.
By your tree of life.
And after you receive the answer.
Invite your guide on their own.
To go down into the underworld.
To go down into the earth.
And to bring up in a safe and secure way.
To bring up your shadow.
To bring up the shadow reflection of that virtue.
The opposite of this guide.
And as the angelic guide goes down into the earth.
Comes back up with enough space and distance between you.
For you to see your shadow.
For you to see the natural opposite of that virtue.
And as you witness and see this guide and his shadow.
Ask the shadow if it has a message for you.
And listen.
And after you receive the message.
Release both of them.
Back down to the earth.
And back up into the sky.
And let them go.
As you stand on your own.
By your tree.
There are four guides.
Waiting to meet you.
One from the north.
One from the south.
One from the east.
And one from the west.
Each one of these guides represents a virtue.
Each one of these guides has medicine for you.
Has a voice that you need to hear.
And each one of these guides has a shadow.
Has a lesson.
Anytime you want.
You can come back to this tree.
Your tree of life.
You can climb the branches.
And you can meet one of your four guides.
And you can have a conversation with them.
You can build a relationship with them.
You can journal with them.
You can write and become pen guides.
And anytime you need them.
Anytime you need the voice of wisdom.
Love.
Protection.
Kindness.
Compassion.
If you have access to these guides.
That they may steward you.
Through your brightest and your toughest moments.
With that let's take a big deep inhale.
Hold the breath.
Suspend yourself in space.
Allow all the visualization to dissolve.
Allow your whole identity to just follow me.
And suspend yourself in nothingness.
And release the air.
Push all the air out.
And suspend yourself and hold the breath out.
In emptiness.
Take a deep inhale.
