Blessing For New Parents

in this blessing for new parents, let us honor those who are bringing new life into this world. may we offer them all of our love, support and care. may they always know that they are blessing us all by blessing their children. may they always know we are with them.

as you listen, to the words i invite you to breathe them in as if they’re coming form deep inside your own heart, and when there’s a pause, to take a slow, full breath allowing them to sink in even more deeply. this is an opportunity to take a break, even for a few moments, and rest in the peace which lies deep within.
