In this yoga nidra practice, you will be gently invited to bring awareness to one of these beliefs and explore its opposite, along with the spacious awareness in which both are arising. This practice allows you to step back from these beliefs and create space for new perspectives, freeing your mind and opening you up to possibilities that may have previously been hidden.
