Welcome to your inner wholeness meditation.

Begin by setting up your body so that you feel completely comfortable and supported for this meditation.

You may wish to have a journal near you to record any insights you have from this practice.

And start by sensing the space that you find yourself in.

Allowing your senses to open as much as feels right.

Becoming aware of any sounds around you.

The quality of air on your skin.

Noticing the feeling of your body.

Letting sensation come to you.

Perhaps sensing your hands and feet.

The weight of your body resting on the surface holding it.

Noticing if you have an intention for this practice.

Affirming it now.

And sensing into your heart.

What does your heart feel like right now?

Noticing any sensations of contraction.

Any sensations of expansion.

Sensing around your heart.

Just noticing what's here.

Coming deeply into your body.

Beginning to tune into your natural rhythm of breath.

Noticing all of the places the breath goes as you breathe in.

And all of the places the breath goes as you breathe out.

Not so much tracking the breath but flowing with it.

Feeling it as it moves and flows.

Letting it be totally natural.

At the top of each inhalation.

At the bottom of each exhalation.

You may begin to notice a spontaneous pause.

Just sensing into this pause as it comes naturally.

Not prolonging it or altering it.

Just noticing this moment of pause.

Along with the feeling of flow.

Perhaps noticing what happens to your mind in this pause.

And taking a moment to remember and affirm your inner resource.

This sense of safety and peace from within you.

That you can call on at any time.

That's not dependent on any external circumstances.

But lives freely inside of you.

You might sense it as presence or being.

Or feeling quality.

Tuning into that now.

Perhaps breathing that through any place in you that needs to receive it.

Letting all of your cells relax in and be nourished here.

From this place,

Take a moment and notice if you can sense a part of you that has always been whole.

That has never been broken.

Or harmed.

What does that feel like?

It's possible that as you start sensing for this,

You'll encounter places in yourself that do feel broken.

Or that have been harmed.

Or that don't feel whole.

Just meeting them,

Acknowledging them.

Perhaps noticing if they're seeking wholeness.

And noticing how you can actually use these places to point you back to that which is whole inside of yourself.

Not as a bypass,

But as more of a map.

You might notice how the parts of yourself that may feel broken or not whole are arising within you.

Are arising within your awareness.

Sense back for a moment.

What is this awareness?

What does this awareness feel like?

This unbroken,

Unchanging,

Ever free,

Ever whole awareness.

That's here and shining through every part of your life.

Through every part of you.

What does this feel like?

Knowing that if the parts of you that feel broken or not quite whole are calling for your attention.

That you can return to them later.

That you can meet them as messengers.

That you can be with them in meditation or with more support to really open and attend to them.

We're not exploring wholeness as a way to ignore the needs of other parts of ourselves.

But as an anchor in something that's unchanging within us.

That can nourish and support us through all of these movements of life.

Just resting here.

This pure and shining awareness.

For a few moments.

Noticing how it acts on your body and mind.

And then perhaps taking a walk back through the practice today.

Making note of anything that called your attention that you might want to jot down in a journal.

This sense of awareness.

Unbreakable wholeness of being.

Any parts of yourself that are longing for more attention.

Your inner resource.

The way that breath flows in and out of the body.

And its natural pauses.

Sensations of your heart.

Expansions and contractions.

And orienting to the room or place that you find yourself in.

Perhaps bringing small movements to your body.

You might wish to blink your eyes open and closed a few times.

Reorienting.

Coming back at your own pace.

Taking all of the time that you need.

Thank you so much.
