Welcome,

It's Amanda here.

I'm so excited you're joining me for a meditation to help you energize your day.

The morning air brings clarity,

A fresh breath fuels your soul and invites in all the possibilities of a new day.

The sun begins to peek over the rooftop to remind you that no matter what the days before held it will always come back for you.

It's consistent,

It's powerful,

It's illuminating,

It's energizing.

It's a gift of reliability that you are being given every single day.

So go ahead and close your eyes and begin to sink into the surface beneath you,

Allowing a big wave of relaxation to start at the crown of the head and gently move through your body,

Filling your eyes and nose and lips soften,

Your shoulders fall away from your ears,

Your chest and core,

Moving into your hips more and more relaxed,

To your quads and hamstrings,

Your calves and your feet feeling more and more relaxed,

Turning your attention to your breath,

Feeling that fresh breath fill your lungs and your nose out your mouth and allowing the breath to continue.

It's your home base,

Thoughts begin to creep in,

Just coming back to it and gently letting those thoughts move away without running away with the story.

And just out in front of you,

Beginning to imagine a field with beautiful lush green grass,

The blades slightly move with the wind and the sun shines down upon it,

Your feet begin to touch the grass,

Feeling the earth beneath you.

And you take steps out into the field,

Finding a safe place to sit,

Cross-legged,

Feeling the sun rays begin to fall upon you,

Feeling the warmth on your skin,

On your face,

On your shoulders,

Feeling that energy begin to run through your entire body,

Elevating your vibration,

Reminding you that you have the power to choose how you feel each and every day,

Vibrant,

Energized,

Intentional,

Motivated,

Excited,

And just taking a moment,

Feeling the sun's rays,

Feeling your body warm up and setting an intention for how you want to feel today,

And tuning into that feeling,

Allowing it to energize your body.

And now,

Step out of the picture so you can see yourself in the picture,

Seated in the field of grass,

The sun energizing your body,

Seeing yourself in the picture.

And together we're going to take three big breaths on the inhale,

Breathing in fresh air and on the exhale,

Energizing that picture with the feeling that you desire today.

And a deep inhale and exhale,

Feeling it with energy.

And again,

Deep inhale and exhaling,

Feeling the feeling that you desire.

And again,

A deep inhale all the way to the top,

And a big exhale,

Feeling that feeling with the intention you're setting for the day,

And quietly to yourself or in your mind,

Repeating after me,

I am filled with energy,

I am being gifted endless possibilities in my life.

I am in control of how I feel every single day.

That's right.

And going ahead and allowing movement to come back into your toes and fingers,

Maybe rocking back and forth,

Rolling out the neck.

And when you're ready,

Coming back into the room and opening your eyes and noticing how energized and ready you are for the day ahead.

Amazing.

Now here we go.
