Thank you for joining me in today's practice.
We will be focusing on clearing any lingering energy that we no longer need within us.
So whenever you're ready,
Get into a comfortable seated position,
Maybe on the floor.
If you find yourself in a chair,
Let the soles of your feet touch the floor.
And when you find yourself in a comfortable spot,
Place your palms face down on your knees or down to your side.
Feel free to close your eyes if that is comfortable for your practice today.
Begin to focus on your breath.
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling your lungs all the way up with air.
Exhaling through your nose,
Emptying your lungs completely.
Continue to breathe here.
Start to notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Feeling the movement of your air as it enters through your nose,
Coming down into your lungs and the movement as it exits your body.
On your next inhale,
As your rib cage expands,
Let your spine lengthen.
The crown of your head gets a little closer to the sky.
Holding at the top of your breath for 321.
Deep exhale as your shoulders fall down and back,
Opening up your chest,
Finding strength in this moment.
Maybe you notice how your feet and seats at a little bit deeper as if roots are growing from your body into the earth below you.
We take the next inhale together.
Our inhale gathers the lingering feelings of the past day,
Week,
Maybe month into a little ball inside your core.
Holding this breath at the top,
All your recent and lingering worries resonate within this orb.
As you exhale,
You notice the orb condenses.
Maybe it even starts to radiate a hue or a sound.
Continue to breathe here.
With each inhale,
You gather your energy from every corner of your body that is no longer serving you.
With each exhale,
That energy you have gathered compacts itself into the orb that rotates within you.
As the orb spins inside of you,
You honor the experience it has brought you,
Acknowledging that it is time to say farewell.
Inhale,
Grounding in your inner power and courage,
Respecting your journey and the learnings your journey has provided.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
You watch the orb exit your body and graciously send it on its way,
Knowing that you need it no longer.
As it floats out of sight,
Connect to the space where the orb had rotated inside of you.
Here now lies an empty space in your core.
You hold the freedom and the power in how you refill it.
Breathing here,
Connecting a little bit deeper with your confidence and trust in the present moment.
Picture in your mind the energy that replaces and fills that void.
Maybe your body can even feel the energy's presence as you manifest it into fruition.
Whatever it may be,
Surround yourself with these energies and virtues that you have chosen.
Maybe take the next breath together.
Inhale deeply the clear rejuvenated energy that surrounds you,
Filling every inch of your lungs with this new warm and accepting energy.
And exhale as it settles in,
Finding its home within you.
Continue to breathe.
And with every inhale you take,
You receive more energy.
With every exhale,
The energy grounds a little bit deeper within your core.
Any open spaces,
We introduce presence,
Love,
And compassion.
On your next inhale receive any last bits of energy that linger outside of you for 321.
Holding at the top as the energy is set within our core for 321.
Exhale as we find our cup is filled,
We are now able to share these energies and virtues with the rest of the world.
We share for 321.

Grounding in these new energies.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and welcome yourself to a space now full of new energies that you have introduced,
That you have manifested and you have brought to life with inside of yourself.
