Happy May lovelies!
This is my guidance for the month of May 2023.
The first thing is that we are still in Mercury retrograde until the 14th of May.
So there will be some things that are not working,
Relations,
Circumstances and circles that you need to let go.
There's some deceit,
Illusion in the first two weeks when we are in Mercury retrograde.
So let those things go,
Release and create space for the new and pure light to enter into your life.
And then it's going to be very important,
Because it's a very busy time in the springtime and in May,
To find balance.
Remember in May to find some kind of balance between rest,
Work and play and enjoy being in beautiful spring nature for rest and recharge.
I also get a lot of cards now,
Oracle cards,
A lot with resting,
Recharge and being to gain power so you can progress in the second part of May.
And there's some crystals which you can use now in May and those are emerald,
Rosin quartz,
Green agate and carnelian,
Which is a red-brown stone which balances energies and also connects our lower chakras to our upper chakras.
And that's very important now for a lot of people in the spiritual community,
So you really can manage and be this kind of bridge between heaven and earth by connecting your upper and lower chakras,
So your own life will prosper and flow and you will manage in this concrete reality.
And then it's going to be very important in May,
To in all these kind of all things happening,
Both in the world,
In the community and in your life,
It's going to be important to find your own balance.
Remember in May to listen,
To listen in where you want to go,
How you want to work,
How do you want to live.
Find your own rhythm and flow.
It's going to be really important that you allow yourself to listen and follow your own rhythm and flow.
Don't let anyone disturb your peace and your own kind of flow in this reality,
Because that's going to be very important.
So you will have more energy when you allow yourself to be in your own pace,
In your own flow,
In your own energy.
We are all unique and beautiful souls.
And then it's also going to be really interesting that a lot of people in the spiritual community are like,

Spread out in the society,
In our countries,
In the world.
But in May and when we are going forward,
A lot of people will find their soul tribe,
Their soul partners,
Twin souls,
Twin flames.
So it's going to be really,
Really a special time,
Because we are going into a new age which is more heart-centered.
We are joining our like-minded,
Our soul tribe,
Our soul partners,
Twin souls,
Twin flames.
Everything is possible from May and forward.
And then it's going to be very good to use herbals that a bit like boost your energy and also balance you.
For example,
Ginseng,
Which boosts energy.
Tulsi,
Which really makes you relax and create balance.
Mint oil,
Maca to gain energy.
And to take down all this kind of fear and worry energy,
You can also use ashwagandha.
And a very powerful tool now in May.
May is the month of Venus,
Love,
Heart.
And that's why it's going to be very important to work on your heart chakra.
So if you listen to music like 639 hertz,
It opens your heart to love,
To the energy,
To the universal energy and the flow of life,
To healing energy.
And also you can listen to 528 hertz music,
Which takes down all this stress and fear-based energy around you and inside of you.
So it's going to be very important to surround you with frequencies which change both around you and inside of you,
The energy.
And then I got very peculiar guidance that you could spend more time with animals and our pets,
Because it's pure love,
Unconditional love.
And that will balance all this kind of commotion,
Fear-based energy now in the world.
Because we are compensating by being,
Playing,
Loving both animals and of course our fellow beings,
Humans.
Then it's going to be really important in May to somehow,
You know,
Go into crafty art areas where you do things with your hands,
Because that takes away our focus from all these kind of mental things,
Worries.
So if you could paint,
Do some crafts,
Plant or do something in the garden,
For example,
Have a garden in your balcony,
Have a garden at home,
And that will,
You know,
Put your energy into something growing and living,
Something positive instead.
From the 15th of May it's going to move forward,
And that's really when you see something starting to move in your life.
Your dreams and visions will start to expand and flow forward and move forward.
So prepare yourself by taking this time to recharge,
Rest and prepare for when you move forward.
Then it's going to be very good to have,
Like,
You know,
Both around you and on you,
Everything green.
Green is very associated with spring,
With May.
So all kinds of greens,
Green clothes,
Green plants,
Eat green,
Do like green smoothies that will nourish you,
Vitalize you,
Give you energy and boost your powers,
So you manage through these challenging times.
And it's strange,
Because even though we have all these kind of challenges in the world,
In the economics,
War,
We are still healing through these challenges.
We are moving through deep changes,
Both like a society,
Like the whole world,
Humanity on an individual and collective basis.
We are moving through the challenges and healing.
So it's amazing times,
Even though all these challenges,
There's so much potential,
So many gifts,
Because we are moving through the darkness,
Into the light,
Into the summer.
So then it's going to be very good to use,
For example,
Guided sessions,
Meditations now in May,
To address all this kind of negative and lower energies which might be stored in us.
So you really can work on a deeper level,
Work on a subconscious level,
To cleanse,
Detox all these kind of negative and lower energies which you don't want to have in your life.
So it's going to be very good to use these kind of guided meditations to address subconscious negativities,
Patterns,
Blocks now in May.
So allow yourself to take some time to go into working on this kind of subconscious,
Beyond the mental,
The mind,
On the energy level,
And which might be stored in your body to release,
Cleanse and detox these lower energies.
And then a lot of people are quite confused.
They may act out in this time.
That's why it's going to be very important to take it very slow.
A lot of empaths,
A lot of highly sensitive people are absorbing these confusing energies and are thinking like,
Oh,
I'm confused,
But it's not you,
And we need to learn that it's not us,
It's your path,
Your inner seed,
Your inner light,
Your life way,
Your life purpose,
Your spiritual path is still there,
Clear,
Radiant,
Positive,
Waiting for you.
It's just these times that are very confusing,
And sensitive people feel all this confusing energy and might absorb it now.
That's why it's going to be very important to understand it's not about you.
It's confusing times to live in,
And that's why it's important to do even more.
Meditate,
Connect to your path,
Cleanse,
Detox,
Protect yourself,
And release fear-based energies.
And then it's going to be very important now in May to,
When we see that some people are continuously using violence in our surroundings in some way,
When you see a pattern of people using some kind of violence against you,
You should withdraw,
You should leave,
Withdraw your energy,
Because if you're not there,
There's no violence,
There's no pain,
There's no karma created when you withdraw your energy,
Your physical body,
Your mind,
Your being,
Because you want to stay in peace.
And you realize that some people are in a pattern of always blaming and acting out,
And you understand that you can protect both yourself and the other person from pain,
Suffering,
And karma.
So you take responsibility by removing yourself from these kind of patterns which we often see now in the spiritual community of narcissist empath relationships.
And then it's going to be very important in May to also work on your energy,
To work with your body,
And there we need to set energy in motion.
We need more chi,
More prana.
And in Qigong,
You could try Qigong Shiba Shi,
18 movements,
Which is a very simple form,
But which help you really to set energy in motion.
If we go to yoga,
You can do sun salutations.
Do it a lot to raise your energy,
And preferably in the morning.
Then there's also like pigeon pose,
Which is really beneficial,
But more towards the evening.
So you really can relax,
Because we need to go also in physical,
In the physical training and movement between action,
Work,
And rest in May to create this kind of balance.
If it's possible in May,
Plan to look for a retreat,
Festival,
Or workshop in the summer.
It will keep your mind busy on positive things,
Something you have to look forward to if you have like a retreat,
Festival,
Or workshop in summer time.
And then it's going to be very important to learn new things,
Take a class,
So register or apply for a training either now or later to the fall,
So you have something to look forward to.
Then it's going to be very important to be a bit like careful with all these kind of crypto banks and quick-reach schemes.
And we are going to see more and more people who are getting tired of polarity,
Right and wrong,
Left and right.
And people will try to escape,
Move towards being free from simplification and this kind of negativity which lay in polarity.
We are instead encouraged to go into circles,
Meditations,
Gatherings,
Where we can experience oneness,
Where we are all brothers and sisters,
That we can experience this kind of sacred whole,
Oneness with the universe,
With all humans,
The animals,
And the plant world,
Mother Earth.
And that is much more fruitful and positive in these times.
