I've created the grounding meditation “At Home” for you to feel that you belong and you are at home. If you are feeling off today or lost, grab this meditation and get rooted in the place called home. If you feel in limbo, or anxious about tomorrow, grab this meditation and feel that you are Here and complete because you are at home. If you feel tense or raged about the past, grab this meditation, and experience the holding and safety of you being at home. May you feel that you're at home!

Whatever spot you choose for yourself,

Make sure it's comfortable and make sure it's safe.

You want to feel safe.

You want to feel not distracted and you want to feel not judged.

So be feeling safe.

Position your body in the most comfortable position and relax.

Relax so you don't feel any tensions.

If you do feel tension in whatever part of your body,

Recognize it.

Recognize it where the tension,

Stress and anxiety is residing today for you.

Is it upper body?

Is it shoulders?

Is it on your heart,

On your thighs?

Maybe lower belly?

Maybe you experience some physical pains?

Whatever it is,

Recognize it and try to breathe into it.

We want to rest and we want to relax it.

We want those tensions to be recognized,

Acknowledged,

But also released.

And I want you to start breathing.

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

I want you to be breathing very steady,

Very comfortably,

Without extreme holds,

Without extreme breaks.

Just breathe.

Just comfortably,

Steadily breathe.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Feel those tensions.

Feel those pains,

Physical pains,

Maybe emotional pains.

Recognize them.

Maybe you can name them.

Did you find a name for them?

If you did,

Tell them that you are going to relax right now.

And you want to feel safe and you want to feel prepared and ready for that grounding meditation.

They are not going to stand on your way.

They are there.

Recognize them.

Allow them to be.

Allow any pain to be.

Together with that pain,

We are going to ground,

Ground ourselves.

If you feel already comfortable enough,

I want you to imagine,

Imagine that your lower part of your body,

Where the tailbone is,

Your root part of your body,

Root chakra,

It's called,

Feels a little heavier.

Feel that this part of your body gets a little heavier and it gets really,

Really grounded.

Grounded to the floor,

To the ground where you are at.

If you are standing,

Imagine feet being that root and foundation for you.

If you are lying,

Still think about your root chakra,

About your lower part of your belly and tailbone.

Imagine now that there are little tiny golden roots,

Golden roots growing out of your tailbone and going through the pillow,

To the floor,

Maybe to the another,

Through the another floor.

Whatever layers are in between you and the earth,

Imagine those golden,

Golden roots going through.

Really,

Really banishing those layers and going,

Reaching out to that earth and going into that earth,

Happy,

Happy because they recognize that this is the place they want to grow into.

Visualize those golden roots going deeper,

Deeper into the layers of the planet,

Of the earth,

Through the layers of rocks,

Stones,

Waters,

Soil,

Minerals,

All those layers.

Imagine those roots going,

Going deep,

Deep to the golden,

Fiery,

Hot center of our planet.

This is the place where your energy comes from.

This is that magnetism which keeps you grounded to the earth.

This is the field,

This is the aura,

This is this root core energy which you want to feel grounded.

See your golden roots being happy,

Being excited,

Being together with that core,

With that fiery,

Boiling,

Hot core of the planet.

Feel that warmth,

Feel that warmth being soaked through those roots right into your body,

Through your root chakra,

Into your womb,

Into your solar plexus,

Into your heart,

Into your throat,

Into your head.

Feel that warmth going through your body all the way to the top of your head.

See those golden roots grounding you,

Attaching you to the Mother Earth,

To something you belong to,

To your home.

Feel that energy flowing from the core of the planet who is so nurturing,

So flourishing,

So warming,

So giving,

So loving,

Coming up all the way through your golden roots to your body.

Feel that energy fulfilling you entirely.

In the same time,

Imagine a silver light,

Silver light shining through your heart,

From your solar plexus,

From your head,

Throat,

From your head up to the sky.

Silver,

Shiny light going up all the way to the sky,

Giving energy and sharing energy with the Divine,

Sharing energy with the external world.

Because this is what you receive,

You want to also give.

This is what you give,

You want to receive.

I want you to imagine a constant flow between the core of the Earth planet,

Of the Mother Earth,

Going through all the layers,

Up your golden roots,

Into your root chakra,

Into your body,

Into your heart,

Warming you up,

And then being radiated all the way to the external world,

All the way to the sky,

All the way to every single living on this planet,

Radiated.

Imagine you are sharing that beautiful,

Beautiful energy,

Warmth,

That love,

That nourishment.

See that flow constantly going back and forth.

This is what you gave,

Now you are receiving from the sky and giving back to planet Earth.

Feel grounded,

Feel united,

Feel that you belong,

Feel that you are at home.

Continue for as long as you want,

For as long as you feel that anxieties,

Fears,

Any type of uneasy feelings are dissolving.

Continue until you feel that you are grounded,

Peaceful and at ease.

Continue until you feel safe and at home.

Imagine that beautiful golden silver lights are going back and forth between sky and the core of our planet,

And you are in the center.

You are that container holding those energies we feel,

Receiving and giving,

Giving and receiving.

Feel united and feel grounded.

Whenever you are ready,

Whenever you are ready,

Imagine the silver light coming back to your heart and imagine the very,

Very nurtured,

Very warm,

Happy,

Excited golden roots are coming back to you.

Imagine how they thank you for allowing yourself to connect to the core of the Mother Earth.

Give yourself a huge applause for connecting to home.

Feel those roots coming back to you,

Grounding and settling in your root chakra as you feel now lighter,

Enlightened and safe,

Safe,

Safe,

Grounded and at home.

When you feel comfortable,

When you feel comfortable and you feel that that tailbone kind of got detached from the ground and you became lighter and you feel lighter,

Start focusing on your breath.

Again,

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Let's get those three last breaths a little deeper,

In and out together,

So we can finish that beautiful grounding meditation and visualization.

So let's breathe in and out.

One more time.

And one more time.

In and out.

And whenever you're ready,

Gently,

Gently shake your fingers and toes,

Wiggle your arms,

Wiggle your legs and open,

Open your eyes very gently to the surrounding around you.

Recognize and observe how do you feel now?

How do you feel now?

Compared to how did you feel to the moment just before you started that beautiful meditation?

I hope that this practice is going to serve you well,

Serve you well and it's going to bring a lot of groundiness as well as enlightenment and amazing feeling of feeling of being safe and at home.
