Meditation For Addiction Recovery
by Alok Sh
This session reduces the urge to self-medicate by relaxing the listener and increasing Alpha and Theta waves (a common component of drugs and alcohol). This session also works to correct a brainwave deficiency commonly found in addictive personalities. This session also uses a technique called Dissociation to help particularly restless people relax. Use this session in a quiet place, with headphones. After starting the session, close your eyes and just mindfully meditate. This practice covers addictive behavior and is not a substitute for professional help
