that was 20 minutes? wow, gamma usually makes time pass quickly but this was like a wormhole. excellent!

Effective. I think the cover photo selected doesn't quite fit the work, though. Based on the title, description, and photo, I thought there would be a musical component to this piece. I am a fan of pure tone audio of all types, so this piece certainly ticked that checkbox, and did so very well - it just didn't have music as a part of it as I anticipated it would. That said, once I realized that and adjusted my mindset, I was very impressed with how this flowed. The frequencies were not as overpowering as some other tracks I have heard, in which it was so intense that my eyes were forced o close even if I tried to keep them open. This piece was subtle enough that I could either sit and listen (which I did part of the time) or be up and moving about preparing for the day without concern over mental fuzziness. It was quite effective for all that; I have a sleep phase disorder and at points in my sleep cycle like right now where my "morning" does not at all match up with "morning" based on sunrise, I often turn to brainwave entrainment to help me out. This has done that very well. So far, the effects seem to be lasting longer than other, more assertive, tracks, too. Yet another plus. I am torn over the rating, to be honest. My initial rating upon first listen is a four due to the (for me) slightly misleading information about this track (photo, description). However, it is extremely effective, which would make it a five star. It is also pretty well in the "drone" camp - maybe on the outskirts, but there. No crescendos, no variations, etc. It may be a bit plain for some who prefer more energetic sounds and melodies in the morning (as I often do, but definitely not always). I would venture to say that this - for me, at least - is a good secondary track for morning. I would utilize one of my drumming or rhythmic tracks to wake up enough to get moving, then put this one on to sustain the waking up experience, since I am able to move freely and it also permits me to be actively thinking about the day ahead, planning, and doing so safely. I might put an affirmation track before or after this, too, depending on need. Bookmarking so I can try these combinations out. ☺️ Overall, I think I would go for a 4.5 star initial rating, but because my philosophy is to always round up rather than down when providing feedback (occupational hazard, I suppose ☺️), I am giving this five stars for effectiveness, technical skills, time/effort in creating this, and generosity for sharing your talents and this piece with us here.
