Good information. I’ve listened three times in a row because she talks so fast; I checked to make sure I hadn’t speeded up the recording (which I don’t think is a thing on Insight timer anyway) I get the impression this recording has been edited and maybe the pauses and some parts have been edited out. Definitely wasn’t made for Insight timer, ends abruptly. That being said, I got a lot out of it. I love working with the violet flame and this is a helpful reminder of some ways you can work with it. I appreciate the encouragement to use it on a daily basis.
