Welcome to today's episode of Light Leaders Ascension School.

I'm Athena Bailey and today we are going to be doing a trans-channeling session.

So I'm gonna be trans-channeling a group of beings of light.

They're going to be sharing teachings,

Information,

Guidance.

We're gonna see what comes through.

You get to watch me as I go into channel and I'll just be speaking,

Sharing whatever wants to come through.

We're going to pause the recording now so you'll see me immediately begin to talk.

But know that in between now and when I start to talk we're actually doing a lot of preparation for me to connect the beings and speak.

But we're just gonna start it right after this so you don't have to sit there watching me connect and do all this stuff and just wait there like when she's gonna get started.

Hello dear ones.

We are,

I am the Syrian Council of Light.

We use we are and I am interchangeably as we are a group consciousness.

To you we may be observed as many beings but our consciousness is connected so we are identifying as I,

I am.

For the sake of the correct grammar we will interchange between we and I throughout this session today.

It has been our intention for some time to connect through and be of service in this way on this platform and it is with great joys that our souls are able to fulfill this service with you together.

Our intention is to assist you in your ascension journey that you are currently undergoing on earth.

Earth is currently receiving significant energetic influx that is creating a sense of instability for the humans on earth and it is causing for many to feel disconnected from themselves and their truth and the energies of this will be around for the next three months or so.

It is part of the integration and the ascension process which you have chosen to be here for.

The intention we have today is to support you on your ascension journey and begin preparing your higher bodies to receive energetic technology to support this shifting so you can hold and emanate a higher vibration that will allow you to feel less intensely the shifts that earth is undergoing.

In our energetic support with you we will be providing you with energetic teachings technologies and activations transmissions to support you shifting energetically.

This is extremely beneficial for you to hold the energies that are coming onto earth from the higher realms which has all been pre-organized,

Pre-decided and pre-chosen by you and the higher light beings that are supporting earth.

We would like to begin today in this first transmission and first activation with your heart.

The heart is often left to the wayside in a sense for humans.

They underestimate their heart and the technology within their heart and the ability that their heart has.

In ancient cultures on earth there were far more awareness of the power of the heart and how important it is for spiritual journeying.

Your heart is life.

As your heart beats,

You live.

As your heart beats,

You live.

Your heart stops beating,

You die or transition to the next realm.

Your heart allows you to experience love and connection,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Important traits for humanity to develop.

At this time on earth many humans are severely disconnected from their heart.

They are closed off to the truth of their heart and they avoid perceiving and feeling what is in their heart.

The reason for that is because the pain would be too much for them to bear.

When one is fully in tune with heart you feel the positive experiencing feelings but also the grief,

The sadness,

The hurt.

These are important emotions to be felt and perceived and alchemized.

However,

Most humans are unaware of how to do this so they instead choose to close off their heart.

As they close off their heart they become disconnected from their truth,

From themselves and from the love that is available and open to them.

Majority of humans are disconnected from their heart in some way,

Some more severely and some less so.

When humans,

Even one human,

Begins to cultivate the connection with their heart,

With their heart,

Begins to expand the energy in the heart,

Begins to feel all that is within their heart,

Allow it to move through them,

Inspire them,

Because all grief leads to more love,

All suffering leads to more love,

All hurt,

All sadness,

All pain leads to deeper love,

Deeper compassion,

Deeper forgiveness,

Acceptance,

Gratitude.

And for many of you have chosen to experience such severe emotions so that you can experience deeper love.

Many of you have forgotten that those so-called negative emotions are actually the key to you experiencing more love in your life.

And some humans on their journey,

They find this out,

They uncover this through their journey of forgiveness after great trauma.

And in their journey of forgiveness they feel the emotions and they move into a space of acceptance,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

Gratitude and love.

And they experience a level of love and gratitude that they didn't believe was possible and the only way they could come into this space and into this place was to feel the love and the compassion was through feeling,

Processing and being present with these so-called negative emotions.

They are not negative,

They are leading you to deeper love.

When even one human cultivates the connection to the heart and begins to expand and open the heart,

It begins to affect those around that human so that those who are in avoidance begin to gently have their heart expanded too,

To feel more and perceive more.

As one human connects to their heart,

All humanity is impacted in a beneficial way.

To be connected to your heart and be in your heart is a service to your fellow humans and to your earth and the entire universe.

It is a choice that will not only benefit your own life but benefit all beings.

And the heart is the key for many to live the life that would bring them joy.

The heart is a key to joy,

The heart is a key to gratitude and through joy and gratitude,

Through this love,

You experience the life that you desire.

It is an internal recalibration to love,

Joy,

Peace,

Which then cultivates externally a beautiful life,

A life that supports and changes the world in a beneficial way.

Before we can provide any other activations or transmissions,

We must prepare your heart to move through what is being held in your heart,

To open your heart so that you can hold the energy.

Unless you meet what is in your heart,

You cannot hold more.

This will be our work with you today.

As we take you on this journey today with your heart,

We are aware that there might be some negative,

Perceived negative emotions.

Emotions will be rising up to be expressed,

Be present,

Let them,

Let them move through you.

They must be felt and some emotions may feel never-ending,

Like grief,

But there is an end.

And you can find it by being within it by being within it until the grief turns to peace,

To acceptance,

To gratitude,

To love.

We would like to now begin to work with you.

And we invite you to bring your consciousness,

Your conscious awareness,

Into your beating heart.

And as your eyes close,

Place a hand over your heart to perceive and fully experience the presence that your heart has.

Your heart has its own unique intelligence and you can lovingly say to your heart,

Hello.

Hi heart.

I'm ready to connect with you.

The breath is the key to opening the heart and many slump their back and take short,

Fast breaths so that they cannot feel all that is within their heart.

So straight in your back,

Take in deep breaths.

And allow the breath to move all the way into you and breathe out fully.

And as you breathe in deeply into your heart,

Begin to become aware of any sensations,

Any pain,

Any emotions that are within your heart.

There is an invitation for you to be in non-judgment and loving awareness as you observe yourself perceiving and experiencing all of this.

And now you can ask your heart,

What do you feel,

Heart?

What do you feel?

Allow yourself to experience the emotion that is there to be felt by you.

Relax your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your leg.

Allow your body to feel this emotion.

Let the energy move through you.

Do not keep it stuck by tightening and constricting.

Let your breath be your guide.

And as you give space for these emotions,

We would like to begin working with you to support the processing,

The moving through of these emotions to free up any closed channels in your heart for these emotions to move through you faster for you to experience some feelings.

To move through you faster for you to experience them faster and alchemize them into love,

Peace,

Acceptance,

Gratitude,

Joy,

Faster.

For this,

We are in requirement of your conscious permission.

Please let us know that we have permission to do this work with you now.

So we begin.

The emotions will process over the next week for you.

It will come up and you will let yourself feel it to move through it,

No longer holding it in or blocking it,

Being in it.

And now we wish to assist your heart in opening and activating higher dimensional elements and aspects,

The expansion into higher realms of your heart.

And we would like to do this by providing by providing you with Syrian healing technology.

And you may feel or perceive a small energetic crystal being placed into your heart chakra.

And as it takes its place,

It begins to warm up,

Amplify,

And expand your heart now.

And as your heart expands,

Seeing,

Perceiving,

Becoming aware of the energy that is flowing through,

An infinity loop,

Moving across your chest and through your heart chakra and out to either side,

Moving out in front of you and behind you,

Another infinity loop out in front of you and behind you,

Another infinity loop and down below you and up above you so that these infinity loops of energy cross over your heart and are moving this energy up and down you to either side,

The back in front of you,

Creating this vortex of energy,

Visualizing as energy flows faster through these infinity loops,

Amplifying and expanding,

Becoming aware of the vortex of energy within your field.

And we wish to leave you with this healing technology within your heart for the next seven days to activate and anchor these higher heart elements and energies to support the anchoring of this energy.

We ask that you stay present and to at least once a day come back into your heart to see these infinity loops moving this energy from your heart and understand that part of this energy in your heart will be to transmute and alchemize the emotions that have been held in your heart for too long.

These energies of your heart will allow you to create more joy,

More love,

More gratitude and to bring that into every area of your life.

It will also affect all those around you and humanity itself.

How are we feeling?

Big energy is coming through,

Beautiful heart activation.

That was very interesting.

When we were taken into the heart,

I was like actually feeling pain as like stuff was moving through and then big expansion,

Feeling really,

Really expanded now.

So you might feel emotions coming up over the next week that healing technology is going to be with you.

So I was seeing the infinity loop backwards behind each side,

Up,

Down,

The energy moving through,

Creating this beautiful vortex of energy.

So tune into that when you can.

Feeling very ungrounded.

So many big energies that came through.
