Welcome to this episode of Light Leaders Ascension School.
Today,
We are going to do a heart healing and 5D heart activation.
It's going to be channeled.
I'm going to be guiding it as well as we work through it.
Please know that this is an energy healing session,
Which means I will be connecting to your energy.
I need permission to do that,
So I'll be asking questions to get your permission to connect with your energy.
I'll be connecting with your energy only during and for this session for you to receive and be a part of that.
And then I will disconnect from your energy.
If you are driving,
I don't recommend doing this process because there will be times where I'll be asking you to be really present.
You might have emotions come up because it is an energetic process,
Right?
We're moving,
We're shifting.
So if a big emotion wants to come up,
Let it move through.
If you see things,
Feel things,
Receive things,
It's all normal.
It's all part of it.
So we're going to go in and really just see and find what needs to be shifted in your heart that is stopping you from experiencing a higher level of love for yourself,
With your relationships,
With friends,
Family,
Your partner,
Whatever it is maybe you're wanting to call in divine love.
And then we're going to activate your heart even more so that you're holding a higher vibration.
Being able to heal the resistances in the heart and then open it up is one of the most powerful ways to shift our energy to raise our vibration and to exist in the frequency of the heart,
Which is unconditional love,
Joy,
And gratitude.
And when we are operating and living in that frequency,
It's a beautiful experience,
Right?
So we're going to get straight into it.
I'm going to ask you to whenever you're ready,
You can stay seated,
You can lie down,
Whatever you like,
Just to close your eyes for a moment.
Get nice and connected into your heart.
Just take a couple of deep breaths,
Dropping down into your heart.
I'm going to ask you a question now,
And I'd just like you to respond yes or no out loud.
Do I have your permission to provide you with a healing session on your heart chakra today and a heart chakra activation?
Good.
All right.
We are going to get started.
So I'm going to take a moment to call in.
Across time and space,
We call upon your spiritual guides,
Angels,
Ancestors,
Higher self.
Love you unconditionally only and are serving the light only to be here with us today.
Guidance assistance and healing.
Just feeling as your beautiful spiritual team comes in.
I'm just going to do a really quick general clearing on your field to make sure there's nothing there.
That's going to get in the way today.
Good.
All right.
I'm going to take a moment now to connect into your heart chakra.
So I'd just like you to place all your attention,
All your focus into your heart space.
Take a couple of deep breaths,
And I just want you to become aware of your heart.
How does your heart feel today?
What's the energy in your heart chakra like?
Does it feel open and expanded,
Nourishing?
Does it feel held back?
Does it feel scared?
Is there fear?
Is there sadness?
Is there grief?
I just want you to notice,
And not judging,
Just noticing.
Good.
We're going to start by just doing a general clearing on the heart,
Shifting out any emotions that are ready to be released,
Any energy you've been carrying for anyone else,
Any old belief wounds that are ready to be shifted.
So you might feel energy moving as I pull this out.
Begin to work on this today,
Just being present with whatever comes up for you.
Good.
And we're going to work on a few core wounds and core beliefs that I see coming up.
The first one that we're going to work on is I'm worthy of being loved exactly as I am.
I'm worthy of being loved exactly as I am.
And you can even say that out loud and just notice how it feels for you.
I'm worthy of being loved exactly as I am.
I'm worthy of receiving unconditional love.
And the truth is,
You might have been told over your life at different times by your parents,
By different partners,
That you're not worthy,
That not all of you is worthy,
That you're not good enough,
That you don't deserve it.
Stories and stories that you've been told,
The reality is none of them are true.
You are worthy of love exactly as you are,
Simply because you are.
Worthiness is a made up concept.
It is the rules that have been set up by this society.
It's not real,
But you've internalized it,
And it's not allowing you to feel and experience a full spectrum of love that you have within your heart.
So we're going to connect to the core root event that causes belief,
And we're going to do some clearing.
If you feel an emotion coming up,
Just being with it,
Letting it move through you.
I'm going to begin working in silence as I clear that now.
Good,
And just feeling that I'm worthy of being loved exactly as I am.
I'm worthy of unconditional love.
I am enough.
That's the truth,
And it's a truth you may have forgotten,
But it is the truth.
So we're going to bring that truth back into your heart now,
Just breathing into it.
Good.
I'm going to connect back into a time where you were told or made to feel like you were not deserving of being loved.
I'm going to go in.
I'm going to do some clearing around it.
You might remember this as a memory.
You might not.
Either way is perfect.
I'm going to connect in and just do some healing around that now.
Good.
Releasing,
Releasing.
Knowing and letting go of what is no longer serving you,
What is no longer in alignment with you.
Just feeling how there's all this space in your heart chakra now as you began to clear all this worthiness.
Still seeing the inner child coming up here,
So we're just going to connect to the inner child and her experiences.
You can even connect into your inner child just by visualizing them and saying,
You are worthy of love.
You've always been worthy of love.
Good.
Just feeling your beautiful heart expanding now with each breath growing and growing as your heart is able to expand even more to receive love,
Or it might have been trying to protect itself before.
Feeling your heart expand because you know the truth that you are worthy of love.
Expanding the heart more and more and more.
And we're going to now,
As your heart has expanded,
We're going to gently activate higher levels of your heart chakra,
Bring more light into your heart.
Really amplify it and expand it.
I'm going to do this activation on you and all you need to do is just receive.
As we work with you,
I'm going to be connected to your heart chakra.
I'm going to be working with a few different techniques and some light language as well to amplify,
Expand it.
And all you need to do is just feel,
Be present and receive.
You have such a beautiful heart.
What a gift this heart is to the world.
Good.
And just feeling that expansion in your heart.
Opening,
Opening,
Opening.
Good.
Breathing into that deeper.
You can place your hand over your heart now and just thank your heart.
Thank you heart.
Thank you for the gift of life.
Thank you for the gift of love,
For the gift of gratitude,
For the gift of joy.

And if there's been any resistance to opening up your heart,
Just pulling back your shoulders and allowing,
Allowing your heart to expand through your breath.

I'm just going to stabilize the energy of your heart.
