Today I just invite you to sit with me in silence and listen to the waves,

Be in nature.

So sit comfortably,

Close your eyes or lower your gaze and take three deep breaths with me into the center of your heart.

You can put your hands on your heart to be more connected and just breathe in the silence through the back of your heart and breathe out the silence through the front of your heart.

Breathe in silence and breathe out silence.

Breathe in and out and just sit and be present with your spine tall and connecting you right with the core of Earth.

Whatever thoughts are coming let them disappear with the waves and let the waves carry everything that isn't serving you right now.

Just be.

Breathe in your own pace and observe your body and if you feel any tensions in it just let them go and be carried away by the waves.

Just be.

Be here,

Be now and enjoy the presence,

Enjoy the stillness and listen to your heart.

What is your soul's intention for today?

How do you want to show up?

So keep your soul's intention close to your heart and breathe in that intention to the core of yourself.

Breathe it out and let the universe know how do you want to show up today and be you.

And so it is.
